am pm plumbing is a bad biz. they never call back, the estamate was cray cray, they try to sell you stuff you don't need. the service was terrible. don't use them.

This company is not good at all! We had 2 pipes leaking and called our home warranty company. After reading all the other reviews, it seems like AM PM Plumbing doesn't check on their contractors. They charge too much money. The office staff (***) is very mean, like other people said. ***, the boss, is very rude and said if we needed anything, just call him. Yeah right. They never answer and will get back to you when they want to. We didn't have any water for 2 weeks and they didn't care. He (***) gave us a price to replace the pipes that we checked with other companies and they laughed and said it was crazy! We want to talk to *** about this bad company, but I don't think they will do anything about it.

This company, AM PM Plumbing, ain't the best. I had water damage in my kitchen cabinets and the adjuster told me to get a plumber to fix the leak before getting the cabinets restored. I found AM PM Plumbing through some website and they were supposed to come out, but then some other company called *** Restoration showed up uninvited to dry and check for mold. Turns out, AM PM Plumbing referred them without my permission. It took over 3 months to get *** Restoration to come out and fix the leaks that AM PM Plumbing didn't even find. The restoration company was quick to get paid by insurance, but slow to do the work. If you check out *** Restoration and *** on some website, you'll see lots of complaints about them. After I complained to some organization, the restoration company finally came out and fixed the leaks. But AM PM Plumbing didn't do their job and caused all this trouble.

AM PM Plumbing is a total rip-off! If you get stuck with them through American Home Shield, run for the hills! I had two problems at the same time and Liam came out to fix my leaky toilet. He said he'd have to come back to rebuild the tank and replace the wax ring. He did the work but the toilet was still leaking. He said AHS wouldn't cover a new toilet and quoted me $250. William came out for my leaking water heater and said it needed to be replaced. He never looked at the top of the unit and said I needed new water lines, vents, and other stuff I didn't need. AM PM Plumbing charged me $620! Trish, who only texts, said it was what William said. She then said the toilet would be $350. I cancelled and did it myself. I took the cash from AHS and hired a different plumber who installed a new water heater in less than an hour with no modifications. Don't make the same mistake I did!

This company is not ComplaintsBoard.com accredited, and they're just terrible. I had a blockage in my condo, and *** sent AM PM Plumbing to fix it. The technician showed up unannounced at 7am and pulled out a ball of lint from the drain. He said the problem was fixed and left. But when we ran the dishwasher, water started backing up in the sink. I called ***, and they sent AM PM Plumbing again. They were supposed to come between 7am and 11am on Thursday, but they didn't show up. I tried calling them, but they never answered. When they finally showed up, the technician wasn't wearing a mask, and he was rude when we asked him to put one on. He ran the faucet for a few minutes and said the problem was fixed. He didn't check anything else or run the dishwasher. He said we needed a camera to see where the blockage was, but *** denied our claim. AM PM Plumbing said there was excessive buildup and faulty lines, but the technician's notes from a few days earlier said the pipes were clear except for the lint ball. I tried calling AM PM Plumbing to find out what was going on, but they never answered. We had to get another contractor to fix the problem. Don't use AM PM Plumbing!

So, I had a problem with my water heater and contacted my home warranty company, American Home Shield, who sent out AMPM Plumbing. The first guy who came out didn't really check the heater and said it was an electrical issue. AHS then sent out an electrician who actually looked at the heater and found rust and corrosion at the top causing it to leak. AMPM Plumbing's guy didn't even check the top. Another employee from AMPM came out and said it needed to be replaced and that I would be contacted after AHS authorized it. AMPM then contacted me and said the water heater was still under warranty but they needed to replace some lines for $477 that AHS wouldn't cover. I felt sketchy about it and contacted AHS for other options. I decided to take the cash-in-lieu-of option and hire my own contractor. I contacted a few and they all said AMPM was trying to make money off me. I found a contractor with 30+ years of experience who quoted me $315 for a brand new water heater and labor included with a 6 year warranty. He said AMPM was trying to take advantage of me and that the piping modifications they said were necessary were BS. I tried contacting AMPM to complain but Trish is ignoring my calls. I'm writing this review to call them out on their deception and lies.

They said they needed to replace a whole bunch of pipes when all they really needed to do was fix a small leak. I ended up calling another plumber who fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost. Don't trust these guys, they're just trying to rip you off.

Needed new hot water heater. Guy came to check it out and order new one. Next day, guy came with wrong one, but ours already gone so no water for 24 hours. He said he'd get right one and we rescheduled for 5 days later. They wouldn't move it up and said we had to pay $460 for mods (went through home warranty) for change from side mount to top mount. But side mounts still for sale. When he came back to install, he brought same one that was wrong before. Why bring one that needs mods when others available? If they brought top mount, why pay for mods?

Am Pm Plumbing came to my crib on 7/27 'cause my home warranty company sent them to fix my kitchen faucet. The dude, ***, turned off the main water valve, disconnected a water line, and fixed his previous mistake by tightening the faucet. But then, he turned the main valve back on without reconnecting the water line first, which caused a flood in my kitchen cabinet. He reconnected the line without flushing it, which led to low water pressure 'cause of a blockage. He told me to get a new cartridge, which I did, and he said he'd replace it on 8/18. But nobody showed up! I couldn't even wash my dishes for almost three weeks, so I had to get another plumber to fix the problem.

had to use this company through our home warranty company. In the middle of our 7 year old daughters cancer fight and chemo treatments our hot water heater went out. This company took many days to come out to service and assist even though we let them know for hygienic and water damage reason it was a pressing issue. They charged us and extra 600$ out of pocket to install the new hot water heater. The other plumbing companies we spoke too said this was simply a way for them to get more profits. They put in the hot water heater incorrectly, I had to call another plumber to come and fix. This company would not come back out or answer phones or return our call. We had to pay another 315 out of pocket to new company to finally have hot water. This company is deceitful and took advantage of us and our daughters cancer situation. Please please avoid this company if at all possible.
