Alliance is just like all the other bedding stores out there. It's not a real comforter, just two sheets sewn together. The price is too high for the poor quality of the product. I wouldn't recommend buying from this Chinese store. Instead, I suggest buying from a store that supports the USA.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Alliance (theallianceshop.com). I ordered a comforter from them and it arrived looking nothing like the picture on their website. The photo showed a nice, stitched cotton comforter, but what I received was made of cheap polyester material and was definitely not a comforter.

I've been trying to get a return authorization for weeks now, but it's been a real hassle. I've had to fight tooth and nail just to get them to acknowledge that there's a problem with the product. It's been a real headache and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Honestly, I'm really disappointed with this whole experience. I thought I was getting a good deal on a nice comforter, but instead I got a cheap knockoff that's barely worth the money I paid for it. I won't be shopping with Alliance again, that's for sure.

So, I was browsing theallianceshop.com and I saw this rug that I really liked. I thought it would look great in my living room, so I ordered it. I was really excited when it arrived today, but when I opened it up, I was really disappointed. The design was supposed to be a fire fighter, but it just looked like a big ink blob. I was really upset, so I contacted customer service and sent them some pictures so they could see what I was talking about. They told me that it was exactly what I ordered, but there's no way that's true. I mean, who would order a rug with a big ink blob on it? It's just ridiculous. I really hope they can replace it with something that actually looks like a fire fighter, because this is just not what I was expecting at all.

So, I ordered some stuff from theallianceshop.com and I was pretty excited to get it. But when I got my package, it was sent to Albuquerque, New Mexico instead of Phoenix, Arizona like I clearly said in my mailing information. I don't know who's to blame for this mess, the alliance shop or the alliance shop, but it's pretty frustrating.

I tried to contact them to see if they could at least upgrade my blanket to a California King, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's been a while now and I'm starting to lose hope.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with theallianceshop.com. I was really looking forward to getting my stuff, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever get it. I hope they can fix their mistakes and improve their customer service in the future.

I recently made a purchase from Alliance, theallianceshop.com, for a comforter set that cost me almost $80.00. I was eagerly waiting for my shipment to arrive, but it took a whopping 2 months for it to finally reach me. When I opened the package, I was disappointed to find that the comforter set I had ordered was not what I had received. Instead, I was sent a cheap duvet cover that was nowhere near what they had advertised on their website.

I immediately tried to return the product, but the process was not easy. They asked me to send them a picture of the shipping label, which I did promptly. However, they then told me that it had been too long since I had placed my order, even though it was their own delay that had caused the long wait. To add insult to injury, they offered me a measly 30% discount on my next order, which was of no use to me as I had no intention of ever ordering from them again.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Alliance and wish I could give them 0 stars. I strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase from this site to avoid it at all costs. Unfortunately, I have found that the Better Business Bureau cannot help me as this is a Chinese company. So, please beware and do not make the same mistake I did.
