I signed a contract for a patio cover on May 28th. Can you believe they still don't have planning permission for it? And they can't even tell me when they'll get it! It's just a simple patio cover, for crying out loud. On top of that, they took more than half of the cost upfront, so they don't really have much motivation to get things done. I live in a new neighborhood, and I'm determined to protect my neighbors from getting scammed by them.

I got a big aluminum insulated patio cover put on the back of my house in December . It looked real nice, but when it rained, it started leaking water. The lights underneath got filled with water and the ceiling fan keeps shorting out. The seams are already rusting. I keep calling the company, but they keep blaming the subcontractor who won't call me back. Nobody has been able to fix it properly, they just put some big blobs of caulking on top. The service manager Gary and the owner Larry don't seem to care about making it right. I wouldn't recommend this company.

There is no customer service. I ordered the patio on 02/24 and they said it would be installed in 8 weeks. The patio was finally installed on 06/18. After it rained, I noticed the roof was leaking in early January. I called All Seasons to ask them to fix the leaks. They agreed to fix them, but they wanted to charge me $199.00. It's their fault that the leak happened only 6 months after the installation. I decided not to let them do the repairs. They were also supposed to install 2 drain kits, but they only installed one. I went to their place of business and showed them the paperwork. They did order a drain kit, but it's been more than 4 weeks and they keep saying it hasn't arrived yet. They are responsible for this and I want that kit to be installed, but they keep making excuses. I've contacted everyone in that company, but they all ignore me. They have no idea what the word "service" means. I won't recommend them to anyone.

All Seasons Windows and Patios Inc is not doing a good job with site preparation and is now trying to charge us extra money to finish the work. They even charged us tax on the labor for demolition and installation.

We got an enclosed patio installed and it's been leaking since it was built. They came once and sealed it, but it still leaks. My husband sealed everything again, but the door is leaking at the window and we can't fix it. I've contacted them many times, but no one responds or comes to check it. We need a new door. The service is very bad and they don't want to talk to women.

I placed an order with All Seasons Windows and Patios Inc on March 11. The contract number is ***. They told me that my order and patio would be finished in 6-8 weeks. But until now, no work has been done. They asked us to pay in full, but now they won't give us a refund or cancel our order. We don't want to continue working with a company that doesn't follow the promised timeline. We're still waiting for information on when our patio construction will begin.

I had a bad experience with All Seasons Windows and Patios Inc. They did a terrible job installing my outdoor patio and insulated patio roof cover. I've been trying to get them to fix it or tear it down, but they're ignoring my requests. The patio cover has a bad slope and pitch, which has caused a lot of leaks, ugly rust, and areas where water collects. They sent two teams to check it out, and both team leaders privately agreed with me that the roof is poorly built and needs to be torn down. However, the company hasn't told me anything about what their teams found. It's really frustrating trying to get any information from them. If the ComplaintsBoard.com can't help, I might have to get a lawyer involved.

Our warranty with the company/patio cover has expired, but it's been over a year and we've been trying to get someone to come and fix the issues. Every time I called, they said they were short staffed because of covid. Finally, a contractor came to fix the problems. He said he could fix the lights, but we would keep having the same issue. He also noticed other things wrong with the project, like exposed electrical cords on top (our patio is made of metal) and the pitch of our patio cover causing water to collect in the gutter. The company only wants to replace the lights and add an extra spout to help drain the water. I've asked the company multiple times for our contract and reports of the repairs needed, but they won't send them to me.
