I had to file in small claims court against them because they took payment without ever producing any work and the town I hired him to assist me with, never heard of him or received any correspondence with him! The town emailed me a letter verifying that a month after we hired him and paid! Not only did he produce nothing, he attempted to withdraw a second payment from our account! Do yourself a favor... of you love your home, run! Their entire business has proven to be a complete sham and the lawyer they have on staff does not advise his client to follow the law... very remniscent of Giuliani! He'll con by talking about how he is a new father while cashing your check but no work will ever be done! He stated that he sent a letter to the town of Huntington but was never able to provide a copy! Save yourself the headache! If you need help with permits, the town can give you a list of established expeditors to assist! I wish someone had gave me this advice sooner! Stay away from Steve Delvecchio!

I did a transaction with All in One Drafting and Expediting on 06/17/2022. They were supposed to help me with Town Violations and provide a building permit. I paid them $5,000. I gave them a check for $3500.00 and sent a $1500.00 deposit via zelle. I have been calling their office to check on the status of my project, but they haven't even started the process yet. My violation expired on 8/1/2022. I went to the town of Brookhaven to find out that they haven't done anything. My house still doesn't have a building permit, so I had to hire another company to help me. I asked for a complete refund, but they told me to come to their office to work it out. I don't want to work with them anymore. They called me on 8/26/2022 from a restricted number and made threats. I am reporting this to anyone who can help me get my refund back.

I talked to this biz on 10/20/22. They called me back on 10/21 to make sure of the time they were coming. I was supposed to meet them at 3 pm. I called the office at 3:54 pm to check if they were coming and they said they were in a meeting. I met with someone on 10/24 at 6 pm and they said they could finish my application in less than 6 weeks. I signed the contract on 10/25 and they said I might hear back by the end of the week or the next week. I called on 11/4 and left a message and texted them to see what was happening. They texted back saying they had a family emergency and that I should call them directly. I waited until 11/10 to call them again after checking with the village and finding out they hadn't received anything about my property. They texted back saying they were out of office all week. I texted them to cancel the contract and get a refund because nothing had been done yet. They texted back saying the paperwork was in their office and they would talk to me in the morning. I went to Village Hall and as of 3:26 pm on 11/14, nothing had been submitted to the building department. I'm going with someone else now because I only have 3 weeks left to finish this and it needs to be done by 12/6. I tried to contact them one last time and they blocked me.
