All Florida Safety Institute review: I paid for the "essential combo" but never received the other half.

I paid for the "essential combo", but never received the 4-hour Drug and Alcohol Course, I contacted customer services via the number on their website, and instead of resolving the issue, customer services sent me a link to another website with the same title. I foolishly thought that this link couldn't possibly be a scam because it was sent directly through the company's number, but once again, I didn't receive my 4-hour lesson, and had to pay a 5 dollar activation fee for both the practice and permit test, which was my biggest issue. After completing the permit test, I tried sending a notification for the completion of the permit test through the website, but when I pressed "request certificate" nothing happened, the button would light up and the page would remain the same as if it were a button with no link. I thought less of it and contacted the company again through the website about the 4-hour Drug and Alcohol Course but instead of resolving the issue, they told me to email them with information regarding the issue and basic customer information like name, email, and phone number, but never received confirmation that they reviewed the information themselves. I am completely dissatisfied with this company and the website, it is completely misleading and should not be trusted.
