It took me a full week to even get through to someone on the phone, as they keep you in a never-ending loop with a receptionist picking up only once out of every five or six calls. Once I finally did manage to speak to someone, they were completely unhelpful and gave me nothing but the runaround. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager about my experience, the receptionist completely refused to put me through.

However, the treatment I received from Alaska Car Transport's staff goes beyond simple policy adherence. Their behavior was deeply disrespectful and left a sour taste in my mouth. All in all, I would advise anyone looking to transport a vehicle to stay far, far away from this terrible company.
