1. Early departure of [protected]@5.30am when the actual time @11.00 am caused mental stress and frustration.

2.Isolated me in a cheaper hotel and denied consent for allowing my husband to stay in his own expense and calm down me during the worst situation.

3. My aged parents and children got affected due to the change in expected arrival at Thiruvananthapuram Airport.

4.My husband lost two important meetings and business worth 2,00,000 /-AED due to his involvement in claiming down me to tackle this worst situation.

5. I lost 2 day of sleep and therefore I am afraid that this would affect my health in performing my office duties, which would affect my productivity and my opportunity for promotion and increment.

Considering all these factors and the mental torture that I faced two days, I request for compensation not less than ₹100, 00,000/-

On 20/10/23 my wife travelled from Calicut to Bahrain by your flight#IX473. She faced very bad experience from your boarding pass staff (a lady). My wife was allowed 2 bags (30Kg.) which wrapped from the Airport and weighed there showed only 30Kg. When it took to the counter the lady there said slightly more than 30Kg. and therefore either to pay extra money or remove some excess items. So my wife returned to the wrapping centre, opened the luggage and threw some vegetables, repacked and wrapped again. The person there reassured my wife , it was only 30Kg. then what was the problem there? Since it was a morning flight she woke up very early in the morning without having proper sleep and made the packing herself (there was nobody in the house), not even took the breakfast, hired a taxi from Nilambur to Airport (about 65Km). She is having health problem and taking medication. She was so frustrated and in the verge of cry. She was boarded the plane just 20 minutes before the departure time, the flight delayed a few minutes due to the unethical behavior of your staff. You can imagine and understand this kind of situation, a lady alone travelling. May be a 100 or 200 gram more in your balance there than she weighed in the local balance at home. The person at the wrapping section said only 30kg. My wife said, in other counter they allowed excess 1-2Kg. So this kind of harassment is no more acceptable to us. If you want people like us to travel again with your airline, you have to address this issue by advising/teaching and modernizing your ground staff. Finally she travelled with 29.5Kg., less 0.5Kg. than the allowed. Thank you.

Missed my flight ,15th October 23, blr to hyd ,due to improper information at the check-in counters. Inspite of me being at the Airport with my child @1.15pm for a flight of 2.20pm, there was no proper ground staff of AirIndia Express who was proactive to help me or guide me. They made me wait at the airport without proper info for 3hrs in vain. Airindia express and AirAsia airport staff are the incapable team by far. AirAsia staff was only mentioning about the merger happening with airindia express and they are not responsible further .

My Initial booking online was with AirAsia and after 2days it was changed to Airindia express without my consent. And now airport staff are not taking responsibility on the contrary they treated us as if we have not missed our flight we have caused some damage to their airlines or failed in their exams. Unrealistic people with no empathy to their customers based on which their airline industry is operating.

Suggest not to opt to travel with such unprofessional team of airindia express.higly disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience on my DXB to TRZ flight on 4th October with my family. We were traveling to Trichy through Air India Express. My PNR numbers are 1. DXB to TRZ - Q1TMMS (for my wife and 2 children) and 2. DXB to TRZ- OTP5RB (for myself). I ordered 2 veg biryanis and 2 veg noodles, and I also requested water bottles. However, they refused to provide them, leaving us without water for 5 minutes. It was especially concerning for my children, as they needed water to eat. Additionally, they provided a normal spoon for the veg noodles, which was not convenient. I asked for a fork spoon, but they claimed they didn't have any and said they would check. This is not a complimentary meal, as I paid 1100 Rs for it, yet there was no satisfactory response. I don't know the name of the incharge person, but he spoke Tamil fluently. This service was very disappointing.

Ticket cancel without information

Dear sir,

I had booked 1 ticket on air India express through your Company website.

(Air India Express), on 06/10/23. I received ticket copy and deduct the ticket fare from my account.

when I go to get my boarding pass that time they will infirm me your ticket is cancel. then I visit air India express office in Dubai (terminal-2) they said your payment card is decline this is the reason of your ticket is cancel. Then they advised me for complaint a register. If my ticket is on hold or cancel you need to infirm me earliest. But your side I am not receive any email or call.

After 2 Hrs also flight not available
And the crew which is available at airport of air India saying to public that we never asked u book this company flight
What a company and what a crew
I want my full refund with compensation

I lost my luggage. I didn't receive my luggage from the dammam airport. My all the valuables are inside the bag. I waited until 3-4 hours their for my baggage. But no response. I airline services are of low cost. No responsibility is taken for baggage loose.

I want my luggage as soon as possible.

Flying from Mangalore to Abu Dhabi for the first time on Air India Express.

I paid extra for the Row 1 seats (2 seats) as I needed the extra leg room. To my horror, as soon as the flight took off, there were 3 roaches that made an appearance on the aircraft wall in front of me (I took a video of 1 of the roaches as well).

Upon informing the air hostess, all she did was bring in the cabin spray and spray it on the roaches (instead of killing them). I had to kill one of the roaches myself and my daughter hit another one with her slipper as she was sitting on the window seat.

When I raised a complaint on the website - all I got was "sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience". Absolute rubbish answer instead of apologizing.

Never flying the airline again.

Pnr PV71WY ( date of journey 19 August 2023) , I canceled the flight on 11 August 2023 , refund processed on 21 August, but amount not refunded to the source account, Upon many complaints or chat with Tia, received mail from customer support to provide india bank details. Submitted the same for several times, no use.Every time when we spoke to customer care we are getting the mail to give india bank details and submitting the same. No refund yet

Very bad services on baggage allowance. They should mention the baggage allowance in the tickets. They even make phone calls to confirm booking, whatsapp messages for the same. But why not available about the baggage allowance. I have made extra payment and I need refund for the extra charges which I paid since it wasn’t mentioned in the tickets. I booked the tickets for my father for Air India Express via Agoda DXB to CNR IX 746 PNR L3TYMZ on 7th September 2023, we weren’t known that allowed baggage is 20 and paid extra for 10 kg. I have paid (AED 651) double the ticket for which two people can fly which is completely unacceptable since it wasn’t mention to us before. I need an action for this complaint and require refund at any cost. Stop fooling the customers with the incomplete details and we end up with heavy loss for which agoda and air india express is solely responsible

My flight was on 4/09/2023 flight number IX688 ,(chennai to singapore) PNR : UIZ4FU. The flight was delayed for 4 hours after the passengers where seated inside the plane. Didn’t even give a valid reason and also didn’t even turn aircon on for the entire 4 hours, which was like sitting in an oven. I was starving throughout the entire 8 hours including the air time and they didn’t even bother to give us a complementary meal.

I read your policy details and the IATA guidelines and found that if the flight is delayed for more than 3 hours, I am obliged to get a full refund of my ticket price.

Hope you will take the necessary actions and make the necessary arrangements for my refund.

Dear Team,

We have noticied that flight rates are charges from Mangalore to Dubai is very expensive and nearly 2 times of fight rates from neighbouring airport that is kannur.

For Instance,

For eg: flight rates on 30th of Jan 2024

from Mangalore to Dubai it is Rs.26,000

From Kannur to Dubai it is Rs, 14000.00

From Mangalore to Abudhabi is are.15,000.00

It’s 50% more than what other airport are charging and top of that we have limited flights

It is rediculous and really dont know on what basis they charge

I did travel by Air India Express IX 421 from COK to RUH on 26th Aug 2023 with 01 pc of Check In Baggage.
When I collected the baggage form RUH airport, it was damaged (Broken).
And I filed a complaint (AI 15196) in RUH Air Port Baggage Handling Department.

Worst experience with air India express me and my family had I was travelling from kochi airport to abdudhabinwid my family on 28 th Aug 2023 8 pm flight when I reached abudhabi 10 .30 pm after security checking waiting for baggage I got shocked seeing our trolley bag completely damaged trolley bag bought on Nov 2022 from lulu kuwaitat alain but we dnt have time to argue with because it was already late I ha my children wid me and we need to travell 2 hours to reach alain our home town u should find a solution to claim our loss although we spend huge amount for ticket in this season time but you people dnt have a little much responsibility about our things very very bad [protected] my number my self razil khalid

I fled Amritsar to Dubai IX191 on 18th July 2023 with family, including my 73 years old father and 1 infant and 1 child of 3 years. We were overweight and have told to pay for it, we decided to reshuffle the wait and leave some stuff, lady at desk called the supervisor and told the situation who behave ill mannered and start weighing our handbags too which I understand. We took some stuff out dropped the excess baggage by 5 kilos. We wasted an hour as new bags scan featured took long. Back to the desk again and paid for overweight. We paid the exact amount what we asked us to pay earlier (with weight we brought to the airport).

I mean why we wasted an hour at airport with kids to do all this hassle and have been asked by the staff are you travelling first time by air. Finally, we got the boarding passes and have been told to run as we are now late. Other services were good but really bad experience with their supervisor. He ruined our whole journey.

I Vincent Joseph George flew with my wife GRACY GRETTA DSOUZA by Air India Express IXE KWI with PNR - MSPTPB -flight IX893 on 20.08.2023. I had ordered breakfast ONLINE for 2 paying KD 3/- (equivalent to about Rs 800) by credit card.

Onboard, only one breakfast was served saying there is only one breakfast booked. The crew were polite and helpful but they were helpless. Crew shared with me their chart of service which is attached. Please check whos mistake it was and assign responsibility.

This is to complain the rude behaviour of staff in the check in counters of Calicut international airport. We request to check the video footage on the travel date of 13th august 2023, where the staff had the audacity to snatch back the already issued boarding pass and threaten that they will not allow to travel.

Otherwise the staff inside the flight is really awesome and very helpfull

Flight IX 539, took off with all people onboard from Thiruvananthapuram at 1.18pm and we received the message from the Captain at 2.32pm, said that "we will going back to Thiruvananthapuram airport for landing due to the Technical fault (Captain announced that A/C Problem in the aircraft). In this reason, we landed in Thiruvananthapuram Airport at 3.53pm. After formalities, we entered the gate 5.00pm and they arranged another aircraft at 6.00pm. Finally we reached (Aircraft landed) in Dubai Airport at 8.29pm instead of 3.55pm. All our plans are collapsed.

The last thing to mention here is that please keep in mind the times of others (Passengers) because they planed many things after the journey and please don't allow such an old and untested aircrafts. This is my 3rd time (Flight Delayed) experience with Air India Express.

And all those who travelled on this aircraft should be given proper compensation.
