I orderd a product from AED Superstore but it never came. They said it was on back order. I finally canceld the order on 1/12/23. They did send me a cancellation notice, but I still haven't got my refund. I've talked to customer care a lot of times. They say sorry and tell me it's not their fault, only the accounting department can fix it. The sales order number is S2242162. I'm starting to think this is a scam and I just want my money back.

AED superstore shipped (2) M5070A PM-Battery OnSite/Home/FRx cost $174.00 each (One was B/O for months). I received Invoice INV3045448 (Aug 15th) then received by mistake Invoice INV3053979 (Aug 26th). I returned one on Sept 9th battery Fed ex tracking number ***, AED excepted the return 9/14/2022 (RMA) ***. They credit my credit card the amount for tax exempt $10.44 (New *** but will not return the $174.00. I have call 9 times and been promised it would be resolved and still has not.

I just got a message from *** saying that AED Superstore charged my *** card for $112.68. I bought a new battery pack and pads for my AED in August , but they said it was out of stock and didn't know when it would be available. AED Superstore hasn't told me anything about my order being filled yet. I've been waiting for 3 days for them to call or email me back. Every time I call, there's a recording saying they have a lot of calls and to leave a message. But they haven't called me back, and I can't talk to a real person on the phone.

I ordered an AED - PM-AED *** VP (Basic Cabinet) from AED Superstore on January 4, 2023. The cost was $1,706.6. They said it was on backorder and would ship in March 2023. I emailed them twice to ask about my order, but they didn't reply. It's a lot of money and I want an update or a response from them. Most importantly, I want the item I bought. If it's still on backorder, I want a full refund of $1,706.60. It's frustrating to be ignored by the company and not know what's happening with my order or refund. Please help me with this problem. On August 24, my bank account was charged $118.89 for an order that I had requested to cancel, but it still arrived. I returned the order on September 12 after obtaining a return authorization number from them (RMA025987), and it was signed for upon receipt. Despite having multiple conversations over the phone, I have not received my refund. Recently, I received an email from a person named *** who claimed that a credit was issued on September 27. However, I have not seen the credit reflected in my bank account, and they have not been responsive to my phone calls or emails since informing me about the credit. Interestingly, whenever I try to call their customer service line, it always goes to a voicemail, but if I choose the new order line, a person answers right away. I have proof from my bank account that I have not received my money back, and I have made them aware of this. They have received their merchandise, but I am still waiting for my refund.

On September 1, 2022, I ordered a moulage set from AED Superstore for over $500. I received an email saying I would get a confirmation email soon, but since I didn't receive it and my order was time-sensitive, I called AED Superstore. I spoke to a really helpful lady who told me that they were having technical problems. She made a new order for me and assured me that the old one had been deleted. The moulage set arrived just in time for my month-long teaching trip. However, when I got back home, another moulage set had been delivered and I was charged over $1,000 for both sets. I immediately called customer service and spent a lot of time on hold. Finally, I got through to someone who said they wouldn't give me a refund until I returned the extra set. I sent it back, but they charged my credit card for the $1,000 before giving me any refund. It has been a really long and frustrating process to dispute this issue, and I still haven't received a refund for the double billing.
