I went to the emergency room at this hospital on the 22nd of August and I was prepped and in the emergency room area I was there for a chronic pain issue that had been going on for about 30 years.

4 of them accompanied by a supervisor attacked me beat me assaulted me! A few short days later the investigation was closed by Norton healthcare. I have been a patient for 25 years my bride also.

I am a proud PTSD referee and I always share that with each and every person I come in contact with I have peripheral neuropathy I have for menial cervical stenosis in my neck and I also have brain injury and spinal cord injury for security officers with a combined weight of over 800 lb took me I'm 62 years old took me and slamed me around the outside of the emergency room I have multiple bruises,contusions,

Still having major pain issues from this brutality I have been to 3 ERs

And 3 immediate cares since this incident. I have reached out to Norton personnel for assistance with Zero response I have not reached out to legal conceal yet, I'm in Great oaks that they will accept my statement and there was also four Audubon hospital employees that witnessed it that were going to write statements in my favor witnessing my assault. I go to another physician on Thursday I'm assuming to begin injections in my left shoulder and right elbow that were not injured before I was beaten by the security personnel of this healthcare facility. I weigh 112 I have video tape and 50 still photos of what occurred on my version of my device I am shown seated in a surrendered position begging them not to hurt me and telling them I will have to defend myself I asked for a supervisor I walked backwards away from these officers the entire time that they were following me aggressing towards me I kept begging them please please I am PTSD don't hurt me don't harm me I didn't break the law please do not harm me the supervisor came out of the door accident and came towards the other officers the very moment that the supervisor arrives they began the beating. And there is a lot of investigations going on in this area about police brutality?

I did nothing wrong nothing at all I never went towards anyone I never threw anything in anyone I never was aggressive but I was scared and I kept telling him time and time again I am PTSD I am frightened please do not hurt me please do not hurt me. I hope that there's a lesson learned in this incident I was doing everything that I was supposed to do as a citizen I was I was slowly backing away that my hands were in the position where they could see him I continually told them please do not harm me I told them of my condition I sat down on the floor in a surrendered position with them seeing my hands and they beat me.! And that's the whole reason why I wanted to give my statement and there's plenty more that goes to this they actually let the very security guards that beat me come in my room the same night and told me they were going to tie me to the bed if this is not intimidation by officers I do not know what it is Norton Healthcare I'm once again giving you the opportunity to reach out to me before it's too late. You are allowing you security personnel to attack and injure innocent patients! Without recourse! SHAME ON YOU!

I purchased a Norton Antivirus Program for my computer July 2023. I needed to cancel before the deadline date or be charged. I called on August 24 to cancel the Program. I contacted your Customer Service Department; I spoke with Customer Service employee that did not speak clear English. I had problems understanding him. I asked him for a person who spoke clearer English. He started to yell; I told him I will ask my daughter to call hopefully she can cancel service. I called back the same guy answer the phone. The conversation ended with him being verbally obnoxious shouting you are a Stupid Woman!

Norton's Customer Service is Very Poor. You should have someone working for your company that speak clear English. The guy also stated, " I feel justified in telling you that" he said it very clearly. I dissconnected the call. [protected]@gmail.com

I made an appointment for a yearly preventive visit but I was charged : *** PR Office Outpatient Visit $305 and 99396 Preventive Visit $360 Invoice Date: 4/19 Ref Number: *** I filed a claim with the billing department but they stated that I also discussed another chronic condition so I'm also concern about patient/doctor confidentiality. I consider either one of the charges must be waived.
