control. They need to get their act together and be more professional. I had to call them multiple times just to get someone to come out and take care of the problem. When they finally did show up, they didn't seem to know what they were doing and didn't even have the right equipment. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a different pest control company.

tech was real nice and knew his stuff. he had a mask and gloves on which was cool. i showed him where the spiders were hangin out and he sprayed it up again.

josh and andy did a great job with our mouse problem. they listened to our issues and explained how mice live in homes. they gave us expert advice and service. i would highly recommend adams for pest control. they give you peace of mind.

I called Adam's Pest Control for some bugs. The dude on the phone said he'd send me a contract to check out, and the tech would call first. The tech came out, didn't fix my problems, sent me a bill, then sent the contract, all mixed up. I called to talk to someone about it, but no one got back to me yet. I'm gonna call my credit card and tell them this charge ain't authorized 'cause I never agreed to the terms. The contract don't cover much except for boxed elder bugs and ladybugs.

I ain't happy with Adam's Pest Control, Inc. They said they'd trap outside for a week, but they only did it for 4 or 3 days. They put traps on Monday at 5pm and picked them up on Friday before 8am. I emailed and called the office to talk to a manager about the billing, but they haven't responded in 3 weeks. What kind of business doesn't answer billing questions? I won't use them again.

I don't like them at all. They bought East Central Exterminators and now they're doing unauthorized treatments and making me pay for it. They called me to say they were coming, but I didn't say they could do anything. Then they charged me for it! When I said I didn't want it, they said I was signed up for it and they called me. Madison said she'd take me off the list if I wanted. I'm not paying and I'll take them to court if I have to. Be careful!

I used Adam's Pest Control for rodent service at my property in ***, *** in September/October . I called them on the phone to set up the service. The service rep came out and put traps in and outside my house. They were supposed to bill me on my credit card, but they sent invoices to the *** address, which doesn't get mail. In February, I got a notice of collection at my full-time residence in ***. I called Adam's Pest Control right away to fix the payment issue. They said they would send someone out to my *** residence to check on the traps and resume the service. But they never did! I paid for the whole year and got no service after the first visit. Now I have damage to my property from rodents and holes in my yard. I called the *** office to talk to the manager, ***, but they never called me back. I emailed *** and she sent my email to accounts payable, ***, who said she would talk to *** and call me back, but she never did. I even reached out to the regional manager, but no one helped me. I'm going to file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com and ask them to help me get my pest control service back for free for one year. This is not acceptable!
