Adagio is the bomb dot com when it comes to tea. I ain't never tasted anything so good in my life. And let me tell you, their website is the bee's knees. They track your package so you know exactly when it's gonna arrive. That's a big ol' plus in my book. If you're a tea lover like me, you gotta check out Adagio. You won't be disappointed.

Adagio got a lot of tea, man. You can get it delivered to your door real quick and it ain't gonna break the bank. The tea itself is pretty good, too. It smells nice, looks good and packs a decent punch.

Adagio is the real deal, y'all.

I recently made a purchase from Adagio's website and unfortunately, I have had a less than satisfactory experience. My package was supposed to be delivered to my home, but instead it was delivered to an Amazon Center and I have yet to receive it. It has been five days since my order and I have not received any updates on the status of my package, nor have I received a refund.

To make matters worse, Adagio does not have a phone number for customer service, which is quite frustrating. I have tried to contact them via email, but their responses have been few and far between. They keep referring me to the UPS tracking information, which is days old and not helpful at all.

Their website is also quite difficult to navigate and it seems like they are not interested in helping their customers. It's disappointing to see a company in the customer service industry not prioritize their customers.

Overall, my experience with Adagio has been quite disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not be making any future purchases from their website.

All you gotta do is review your tea, and you'll earn points like crazy. And let me tell you, those points add up fast. You can use them to get more tea, of course, but you can also get them just by buying stuff. And sometimes, they'll even throw in a free tea (with purchase, of course). I think they even give you a free blend from their Zodiac line when you make your first purchase.

Adagio is just the best. They really seem to care about their customers and want to treat them right. The only thing that bums me out is that they don't have any milk teas for me to buy. But hey, you can't have everything, right?

It's a bit limiting, but I guess it's good for beginners who might make a weird-tasting blend with too many ingredients.

When I made my first order, I got a $5 off coupon, which was nice. The shipping was fast and everything arrived in good condition. As for the teas themselves, they were decent. I've had better teas before, but I'm not a tea snob or anything. I would definitely try some of their fan blends again, though. They're fun and unique, and it's cool to have a tea inspired by your favorite show or character. Overall, I think Adagio Teas is a good place to try if you're looking for loose leaf teas and interesting blends.

I recently made a purchase of $65 worth of tea from Adagio, and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. Upon receiving my order, I discovered a foreign object in one of the tea bags - a wire that was about 4 inches long. Naturally, I was quite alarmed and immediately contacted Adagio to request a refund. Their response was not what I had hoped for - they offered to send me another bag of tea and assured me that they "try to make sure" that foreign objects are removed from their tea before it is shipped out. I found this to be a rather odd way of phrasing things, and it did not inspire confidence in me.

What really upset me, however, was that I had made it very clear that I wanted a refund and nothing else. Despite this, Adagio completely ignored my wishes and sent me more tea instead. I would caution others to be wary of purchasing from this company, as the potential health risks posed by foreign objects in their tea are simply not worth it. While my experience may have only resulted in me being grossed out and denied a refund, someone else could potentially suffer far more serious consequences. I used to buy my tea from Adagio, but let me tell you, they taught me a lesson. First of all, their delivery times are slower than a snail on a hot day. They won't refund your money, and they'll do everything in their power to keep it. If you ask for a refund, they'll just send you more tea that you don't want. These people don't give a rat's behind about you or your satisfaction. My advice? Take your hard-earned money elsewhere before you learn the hard way. Trust me, you don't want to do business with these people.

I placed an order with Adagio Tea on April 21st, and it's now April 30th, and still no tea. I checked the shipping info, and it won't be delivered until May 2nd, if they don't delay it any further. I emailed Adagio Tea to find out what's going on and to request a return label and refund for a product I no longer want. But all I got was a form notice telling me to check with my local post office. Thanks for nothing, Adagio Tea. They've dumped their responsibility onto me, and I'm tired of waiting. It should have taken only five days to ship to Denver, but it's been eleven days and counting. These people are useless.

Today is May 4th, and I'm still waiting for my order from Adagio Tea. FedEx has no schedule for a future delivery date, and Adagio Tea chose the slowest delivery path possible. Thanks for nothing, Adagio Tea. This is what they're known for: slow delivery and not caring about their customers. I asked them to cancel my order over five days ago, but they haven't done it yet. How long will it take for me to get my package, and how long will it take to get a refund? They won't refund my money, and it's all FedEx's fault. That's why I don't use FedEx for anything. They're the worst!
