ACTIVE Advantage offers a 30-day trial before signing up for annual membership. The trial allows you to access all benefits. According to ACTIVE, you may get a free trial, however, it is not guaranteed. You may cancel your membership at any time. Their Member Satisfaction Pledge allows you to cancel your membership during your trial or after it by emailing or calling customer support.
You can start your trial through the website or when registering online for an activity/event through the Active Network, you may be presented with the opportunity to try ACTIVE Advantage free for 30 days.
