Ace Taxi Service so i set up a ride with ace taxi and they were a no show

so i set up a ride with ace taxi and they were a no show. i even did it a whole day ahead of time. they didn't even call to say why they weren't coming.

I booked a taxi which took 20 minutes to picked a driver and they charged me for a service that never happen. They steel money from people.

Never use again this service. Furthermore, people has no education for do customer services and the arrogance and selfish in similar to kinder garden environments.

Horrible service.
