Did such a fabulous job on the indoor carpet cleaning that they were hired to clean an outdoor swing set. The before and after pictures of the playset are astounding. Staff was hard working and professional. They take pride in the work they do. I'd hire them back in an instant and would highly recommend them.

Very impressed with Accurate carpet cleaning services ! We are a family of 8 and two dogs as well . The customer service and the incredibly hard work they put into my home was like no other . I have used Accurate many times. They are always prompt and professional. They have done an excellent job every time. Accurate carpet cleaning is the only place I recommend to people. They don't use shampoo which can build up in your carpet and even change the color. They use steam not just hot water which is the way to go.

Austin and crew are magnificent ! I have been using them for years to clean my carpets! They are always professional and do an A++job! They go above and beyond to make sure things are done properly! Just had them do my tile floors and could not believe the difference! Definitely recommend them for all your cleaning needs!

Amazing company! I've been using them for many years and I'm always very pleased with the employees and the great job that they do. I had my couches and carpets cleaned, it was time for them to be done as well as we have a cat that decided to spray. My carpets are clean, my house smells great again and I'm a happy customer :-)

Im a returning customer who was completely satisfied. I called them again to do my clients apartment and as USUAL i got great service. Ya just got to request Austin and Zack these to compliment each other getting the job done fast noticeably cleaner. And even make sure you understand the application they are doing. Accurate carpet cleaning did an awesome job. Customer service was a top notch. Put in a request for carpet cleaning online in the evening and was surprised I heard back from someone within a half hour and was able to schedule the cleaning that evening as well! Great communication and the gentlemen that came were friendly, hard working and offering suggestions / listening & paying attention to detail. Thank you!

I called Accurate to have my carpets cleaned and they did a marvelous job. Having 3 kids and 2 dogs the carpets came much cleaner then I expected they would. My technicians did a wonderful job explaining the process and were super friendly. I feel as if the pricing was fair for all 4 rooms that I needed done in my house. I must say, I've had my carpets cleaned by many companies but this company by far was the best I've ever went through . They were on time and so friendly when they arrived, my carpets smell and look brand new. They were super fast and did a heck of a job. Not to mention my 1 year old slept on the couch the entire time they cleaned my living room carpets! I will definitely be using them any time I need a carpet cleaning!

We had a great experience with them! You knew they wanted to have your best interest in hand and not just doing a job. Even after they came to get their equipment I had concerns about it still so they reassured us, checked everything more then once to be sure, and did more to help it vs saying it's fine, then gave me suggestions on what to do for further action to save us from an even bigger problem. I would highly recommend to anybody when needed!

I want to thank you for your service both carpet, couch (spectacular job) and customer care. You both did a great job. I use to do Stanley Steamer and never cared for there jobs (there cleaning solution seems like nothing but water) but Accurate's cleaning solution (extra cost) works wonders on it all. My carpet and couch are 25 and 30 years old (crème color) and Accurate made it look new again. I will be your customer for life, thank you for being there.

They were so nice and did such a great job. I have had carpet cleaners. Come in over the years and have they have never been as pleasant as these people they did such a great job the carpets barely wet when they leave Stanley Steemer I will never use again never use Stanley Steemer your carpets are soaked they don't do as good of a job it doesn't clean as well I love these guys and I have tried giving Stanley Steemer several chances and I've never satisfied something always is wrong or it's not as good or my carpets got little wet puddles when I stepped down I love these people do you want a good carpet cleaning done nice polite I even got two pens and a mug. That was a nice little surprise gift.

Austin, son's owner, cleaned my 2 area rugs on 8/7. Took about 30 minutes. He rushed through it. When he was done I checked the carpets and they were still very wet so I told him I was unhappy. He came back in with the hose and went over it for 5 minutes and said it would be dry next day. One rug had pet urine on it and I told him I could still smell it. He said he would deodorize it and it would be fine. It still smelled so I got a carpet steamer and worked on it to get the smell out. Not happy. Sent Jennifer an email expressing my disappointment next day and have not heard back. Will not deal with them again or recommend them. I went with them because they were the cheapest but very discouraged with their attitude and not responding. Next time pay a little more money to get the job done right.
