Outstanding work, great communication. Was well worth the wait to have them redo my pool. If there was something I didnt like, they corrected it or came to me with options. Any changes that I wanted they quickly got it taken care of. I would use them again in a heart beat. No complaints about this company. John was a great project manager, dedicated, on time, and flexible with changes and requests. Again, I would use John and this company again, anytime.

Above and Beyond did a wonderful job on the refinishing of our pool. From start to finish everyone there was very helpful that we encountered. John was our main guy helping us out, and when i noticed that the baja step they were putting in wasn't exactly what I had in mind, he was very quick to help figure out what I was envisioning and change the order so that could be completed quickly and efficiently. They did a beautiful job on the tiling as well. We really enjoyed working with them and would recommend Above and Beyond to anyone looking to upgrade or refinish their pool! Thank you!

EXCEPTIONAL and a pleasure to work with is the way I would describe our experience with Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling. We recently completed our project and we are thrilled with the results. The company is run extremely well by the owner, [owner's name] and his staff. They are always available to answer any question you have and willing to take time to walk you through the involved process. We would received emails regularly keeping us informed prior to each step (and there are many). We interviewed many companies for this project and had to wait several months before Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling was available and we are so happy with our decision to work with them. They also took great care not to damage our existing pavers, travertine and landscaping which was much appreciated. This is a company that cares about their customers and very much wants to do great work and they definitely do!

My name is [Name]. I have a pool that is approximately 45 years old. I had the deck replaced about 10 years ago. What a disaster. Because of that bad experience basically nothing else have been done until recently. My pool maintenance guy decided that after my checking out four different vendors, I should go with Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling. Check them out, their prices were great. I am so glad I did. These folks are the most professional and honorable company that I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I've never redone a pool, but I have been the general on several homes that we've built and dealing with contractors and vendors gives me some room to speak about this. When I went into the office to make my selection on what I wanted, [employee name] help me through all my selections, and made suggestions that were absolutely fantastic in my yard. My husband and I are both handicapped, so it was extremely important to have somebody that knew what they were doing. To remove and replace the entire deck, to replace all the tile, equipment, and give my backyard a whole new lease on life. There was a little bit of delay because of the weather. There was a little bit of delayed because of Covid. There was a little bit of delay on waiting for materials, but I'm going to tell you these people were timely. They kept me informed and they did an excellent job! My [employee name] was second to none and the best guy in the world. I jumped with him and told him because his name was [employee name]. It made me hungry every time I talk to him. It was kind of our little joke, but he was the best guy crew most professionally Crew so professionally. He made sure his guys did what they said they were going to do for me. He made sure everything was taken care of. I can tell you, if you're considering remodeling your pool, you can't beat the price, the professionalism and you can't beat the people that work for Above and Beyond Pools. Do yourself a favor and call them.

Above and Beyond Pools, is a very thorough and efficient company. Communication with the customer was excellent, e-mails were sent prior to work being done and if i ever had questions Mike the owner was always ready to answer them. I do appreciate the fact that Mike is very hands on with the work that his team is apart of, always insuring the quality of their craftsmanship. They definetly go Above and Beyond

John and Sarah were very helpful from beginning to end of the project from making initial suggestions to keeping us informed throughout the process. Every single worker was extremely polite and professional. Our pool-remodel turned out just as we had initially envisioned and we are totally satisfied with the outcome. In addition, the office staff was also very helpful during the early stages in making suggestion regarding color and style.

I had my play pool remodeled in March . It was a very good experience from start to finish. Boyd was my sales rep and he was very knowledgeable and gave me a detailed estimate. I received an email from Amanda before each step of the project. The crews each showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Michael was my project manager and is the owner and he checked after each stage of the project. He also answered my questions quickly and came out to explain a few times. The project was complete and the pool filled within the projected 3 week time even with a week of rainy weather to deal with. Thank you! I highly recommend this company.

We are absolutely loving our redone spa and patio. It looks beautiful and the work was very well done. Alfrefo provided excellent oversight and all the employees who contributed to the job did so with great expertise and professionalism. Even with some minor supply set backs, the work was completed timely and the quality shines through. Also a huge shoutout to the office staff that assisted with material selection (man were those suggestions spot on) and kept us informed of next steps for the project. My only suggestion would to have a day of text update to clients each day to provide at once info on work being done; time of workers s arrival (approximate) and notice of any delays or changes. I would 100% recommend this company.

My wife and I spent 6 months searching companies to do our complete pool and backyard re-model. Fernando our representative was always on time for appointments, responded quickly, and exhibited an extreme amount of professionalism. He is why we chose Above and Beyond Pools. Once we sign the contract Christina immediately e-mail a schedule of events starting with the draining of the pool. Again as with Fernando, Christina keep us updated by e-mail, responded to question and concerns swiftly. We had the entire pool decking area covered in Travertine tile, new pebble tech interior, water feature and a large planter wall across our back wall. The quality of materials and workmanship is extraordinary. The workmen always showed up on time, were extremely friendly, and worked very hard. In summary Above & Beyond Pool meet my expectation and exceeded it. Mr. Michael S you have assembled an amazing team and from start to finish we are extremely happy with the end result and will certainly enjoy our pool remodel for many years to come. Thank You
