Abbeyhill realty reeele good ya'll. My furnace broke on a super cold day and Aram came through and fixed it up for me, real quick too. I was beyond impressed with how prompt and on-point their service was. Big thanks to Abbeyhill management for being there for me!

I had probs with my apt and when I put in a work ordr they fixed it quick and were nice. Much bettr then the old managemnt Thx vry much.

I thnk the peple at Abbeyhill are the best. Onc they took over I dont have to do anything except cash the check. If you are lookng for a full service managment company you cant go wrng with the peple at Abbeyhill. They r very respnsive to my inquires and answered all my questions about signing on with them 5 stars for sure!

This place is all about grabbin' that cash! I got a notice sayin' I had three days to pay rent but it fell on a Sunday when they were closed. I went the next day, on Monday, but they still filed to evict me. I even tried callin' 'em and they straight up ignored me. They ain't fixin' nothin', either. Every time I need somethin' fixed, they say it's all on me.

I've worked with these guys for like 6 yrs now. It's been a cool experience overall. You'll always have peeps who are gonna hate on them but the good stuff is way more than the bad stuff. They work with all kinds of folks which is dope. Their aight when it comes to folks who need a second chance, folks who work with non profits, and they'll even track with you at Eviction Court. Abbeyhill Realty & Management, LLC is real.

This place deserves negative 2 stars. They're just all about the cash and don't give a hoot about folks during a pandemic. For instance, we had to cough up $1098 in January for $675 rent, $50 late fee, and $373 lawyer fee for the eviction filing. We let them know that we'd be late and explained why, yet they charged us all that anyhow. We paid them on January 26, 2022, but now February rent's rolling around, and we're behind once more. So on February 9, 2022, I phoned to let them know that we had the $675 for the rent but not the $50 until the following Wednesday. They said that if I didn't come up with it by February 10, 2022, they'd start the eviction ball again. If we don't pay $373 plus $50 by Wednesday, February 9, 2022, we're going to be in the hole. We lucked out because they're only asking for $50, not the $95 they were charging when they took over this place in 2022. But what stinks is that they don't count our deposit as anything, even though we gave $675 to the former owners. For what? On top of all this, they drew up $373 from us, and we'd already given them $1773 in 3 weeks! Why not wait for the little $50? It's kooky how they only think about the greenbacks. Watch out!

Thanx Abbeyhill Realty. Aram G. Ownr is like trash on phone when talkin to me. We had probs witt payment but we always paid. But they no wrk wit us on late fees in Aug. Today my b f brought rent ontime but Aram call and said it look like it made by 4-year-old. Aram r00d and said my b f are idiot. Didn't even offer to fix prob so we don get late fee. He call at noon and we had til 5pm to put in dropbox. He no wrk wit us and I was so mad I called him bad names. He a*** and should no wrk wit peepl.

I was supposed to get they keys on August 31 when i went to the office to pickup the keys got told that the maintenance person have not dropped the keys off I had to move in on September 1st when i get to the unit the heat system and air conditioning are not working. The gas company came put two red stickers on the heat system and Air conditioning since it's not up to code and hazardous the place can catch on fire. I submitted the maintenance request with pictures is been 5 days without no hot water and no air conditioning I have little kids and the heat inside the place get very hot. I have called the office and Left voicemails haven't got any answers, I called the emergency maintenance because it is an emergency not having heat system and no air conditioning to got told that it's not an emergency that I am going to get a fine fee because I called for no reason.

i've asked them a few times to come out and fix my AC unit but no luck. i have really bad breathing issues and need it to be working well. there are outlets on the wall but no three prong outlet for the AC. it's old and not doing so great, needs to be replaced.

I agreed to live in an Abbeyhill apartment four years back, but now the manager just hit me up and said my hubby gotta go 'cause they don't allow sex offenders to stay here. The lease never said anything 'bout that.

My hous has been infestid with mice sins i moved in. My landlord won't give my money back and won't let me go. ive bin complaining about this since june when i moved in. ive had to replace my furnitur and lots of other stuff becus of the mice and the company won't giv me my mony bak when they let this happen before i moved in. they are mean and don't want to help.

I had 3 fridge switches and lost $1000 worth of food because they keep replacing them with old ones. The ordering peeps need to step it up and buy new ones cuz the used ones keep pooping out. Management even told them to get used ones! I want my money back for all the food I lost. I'm a single mom of twins and can't keep wasting my money on bad food. This is so frustrating!

Abbeyhill Realty & Management is new 2 me, and already I am having probs. They said that they take payments online 4 rent, so I signed up 4 an account like I did with my old company. But I couldn't do it! So I called them and they said only peeps with places far away can pay online. But I live close 2 their office, so now I gots to go 2 the bank and then get a money order and then come and drop it off. And if I'm late, it's a $95 fee. I tried to drop it off but the box was locked and they wouldn't let me. When I called, the office lady was mean and said it was my fault cuz it was due on the first. But I don't get paid until later and I work all the time and can't do all the crap they want! The old company let me pay online, what's the deal?
