Long time customer and loved them until I had to return a pair for wrong rx.

They stalled and stalled kept saying they had to check with lab, finally after a strong email they gave me a address to return the glasses, this was several weeks later. Returned immediately and they stated they would issue a refund which they never have. They lost a great customer.

I gotta tell ya, I got my peepers into these ABBE glasses and let me tell ya, I'm pretty impressed. I just got my new lined bifocals in the mail and the total price was only 39 bucks, can you believe it?! That even includes shipping, talk about a bargain! It took about 2 weeks to get them but that's no biggie. When I tried them on, the prescription was spot on and they are pretty darn stylish too. The build is solid, these glasses feel like they can last a while! I definitely want to buy from ABBE again in the future because of how much I saved. They got the competition beat for quality, style and low prices. I'm stoked I gave them a chance and you should too!

So, like, I bought two pairs of glasses for my daughter in July from ABBE Glasses. Ya know, I thought it would be a good deal because the prices seemed pretty reasonable. Anyway, those people from ABBE emailed me and said that I had to send the glasses back if I wanted to get my full refund. So I did, right? But, now it's been, like, months and they still have my money, man! I mean, I sent the glasses back to them in October and still nothing!

These peeps from ABBE Glasses are basically thieves, yo! I can't even get a response from them, either by email or phone. They got a phone recording or something that tells you to leave a message, but then it just hangs up. You can't even leave a message! I mean, my daughter really needs those glasses, too. If you are planning to buy from ABBEGlasses.com, please avoid using cashapp as your payment method, otherwise you will most likely need to dispute it with your bank to get your money back.

For me, spending almost $100 was a big investment, and sadly it was not worth the trouble. I'm very disappointed that ABBEGlasses.com does not seem to care about their customers and their needs. It felt like they were only after my money, without any intention of delivering the product or providing good customer service.

So, I went to ABBE Glasses (abbeglasses.com) and they had a pretty good deal too. I decided to take the plunge and ordered from them. The website was easy to navigate, but there were a lot of options to choose from. I ended up selecting their Progressives with some kind of fancy Anti-Reflection coating. The price was good and they were offering a BOGO deal, so I couldn't resist.

It took a little longer to get my glasses than I expected. It was just over a week and I was starting to wonder where they were. But, I finally got an email saying they had been shipped and would arrive in 3-5 business days. That email was a relief! They arrived on the 5th business day, just as promised.

The glasses themselves are great! They fit well and look good. The prescription seems accurate and I can see clearly without any distortion. The fancy coating does make a difference too. I can't really explain it, but my eyes just feel more relaxed when I wear these glasses. Plus, they came with a nice case, cleaning cloth and a tool to tighten the earpieces if they loosen up.

Overall, I would recommend ABBE Glasses. They have good prices, a wide selection and great glasses. The ordering process could be a little smoother, but it wasn't too bad. Just keep in mind that it might take a bit longer than you expect to receive your glasses. But, if you can be patient, it's worth the wait.

I bought two types of glasses from ABBE last September 2022. I got one pair for distance and the other for bifocal. It was a great purchase at first because they were cheap, and the quality seemed okay for the price. However, after only five months of using them, both pairs had bubble fractures at the frames' edges. I was so disappointed that I had to stop using them at all.

The other day I wanted to try ABBE again, hoping that my previous experience was just a fluke. I made a quick search and found my old order with the defective glasses. I contacted ABBE to tell them about the problem with my previous order and attached some photos for proof. At first, they acknowledged their issue and said that they were sorry for any inconvenience they caused me. However, after several rounds of correspondence, they declined to reimburse me in any way. They reasoned that my previous order had already exceeded the 14-day return period. It was really frustrating because they admitted to selling me a defective product, and yet they would not even give me any discount on my next purchase.

In the end, I cancelled my new order and decided to write this review to warn other customers about the unethical business practices of ABBE. When you sell a defective product, you should take responsibility for it, regardless of the return period. It's not acceptable to knowingly sell flawed items and expect customers to live with them without any compensation.

If you're thinking of doing business with ABBE, think again! This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't recommend their products or services to anyone. Please be careful when making purchases from ABBE because they might not take responsibility for any defective product they sell you.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses from ABBE glasses. I need to return them, per their advertised return policy, however, I have attempted to contact this company several times through the customer service phone number provided on the website, through email, and through their live chat system. No one ever answers the phone or responds to me in any capacity, and when I call the customer service number it directs me to leave a message, then automatically disconnects without the option to leave a message.

Not only have I lost money because I am unable to return the glasses per the instructions on the website, but this business is falsely advertising that they have ANY customer service available for customers, period. ABBE glasses took my money, and now will not respond to me to help me resolve my issue, as they state per their website. This is outright false advertising and ABBE glasses is a bogus company that rips-off customers.

Abbeglasses.com got some clear policy when it comes to returns and that's a thing any shoppers would love. But when you tryin' to return them specs, it seems like they wanna play games. You gotta go thru all sorta hoops like chat, email, and phone, and then they still won't accept your request to return. It's like they're draggin' their feet for days, even though you tryin' to be upfront and honest with 'em. Ain't no way that's cool.

So if you buy from Abbeglasses.com, make sure you really want them specs 'cause you might be stuck with 'em for a while.

I ordered a pair of glasses from ABBE Glasses about a month ago and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. The website said they were being shipped at first, but now it says they're still being assembled. I've sent a few emails to check on the status of my order, but haven't heard back yet. When I tried calling the number listed on the website, all I got was a recording that kept repeating. I'm getting pretty frustrated with the whole situation and am really hoping I'll receive my new glasses soon. If I don't get them in the next week or so, I might have to take some action and dispute the charge through my bank.
