Binverse
I searched the binverse website for 30 minutes before I FINALLY found the small blue hypertext link allowing me to cancel my account. I received a gray message box letting me know the process was done and I thought no more about it until my wife asked me two weeks later why we had $175 charged over 2 transactions...

Binverse automatically charged my paypal account even though I never used the service after a "free" trial. I called and was connected with an Indian telemarketer who was rude, hung up on me and told me that there was no one else to help me. They refuse to give me my money back. it is a scam do not use this service...

binverse free trial
I applied for a binverse free trial. They imediately charged twice US$ 3, so I don't understand what kind of 'free' stuff is this. It's not easy to stop the free trial, there is no such an option offered. It seems to be a kind of trap...

Issues with Binverse? Check out a few other Usenet Options
Binverse is a relatively new service we had high hopes for this Usenet provider but due to the negative feedback we've pulled them off our Top 10 list and posted a blog on this issue. Read more at http://www. usenetadvantage. net/usenet_newsgroup_blog/archives/146. We always like to keep an open mind so hopefully Binverse will solve some of these issues as there may be future potential with this Usenet provider...

Unathorused transaction of 99.96 dollar for 1 year after 14 days trial period
I have been cheated by Binverse. com. I had sign up for free 14 days trial period and paid them 1 dollar. But after 14 days they had deducted 99. 96 dollar from my Paypal A/c without my prior permission and without my knowledge. When I called to their customer service executive they told me that it was a pre-approved transaction made by you so they have deducted 99...

14 free trial
Binverse's 24 hour contact support is useless - they just read their responses to you. I live on a fixed income and $99. 96 taken from my checking is a big thing - grocery money. It would be different if I was able to use the service, but I can't and since it was only a matter of hours that had passed before the trial period was over...

Fraudulent collection via PayPal of payment for a full 1-year subscription
download service on the BINVERSE website. Binverse requested a US$ 1 payment via PayPal to check if I am a bonafide customer and to activate the trial subscription. Apparently Binverse uses this as a fraudulent ploy to get a billing agreement without your knowledge. Although I never installed the software of Binverse and did not download anything during the 14-day trial period, PayPal charged me for the full subscription fee for a 1 year period through PayPal...

Fraudulent advertising
Binverse. com is a Usenet hosting company that advertises a fourteen-day free trial with 5 GB at their fastest speed and unlimited downloads at a lower speed of I Mbps. In fact, you only get the 5 GB of dowloading, then they try to force you to purchase a plan. You usually use up the 5 GB in the first day, so in fact it is a 1-day trial with a hard 5 GB limit...

Unauthorized Charge
There is no reminder of the 14 days trial expiration. I signed up and immediately called to cancel but no one answered. After 14 days, they automatically deducted $99.96 from PayPal without prior notice. I finally got a hold of a customer representative and they didn't take back their...

No Way out of Scam
sadly fell victim to binverse when I signed up using my boyfriends CC and this was only to get a free E book that actually did not even exist in the p2p network. After I realised this I immediatley tried to cancel the account using the support and account manager in the site. This does not work and I unfortunatley got raped $130 AU which is a 1/3 of our wage...

Fraudulent Withdrawal, Beware
I have not yet canceled my Binverse account, since they warn that on cancellation of account there will not be any refunds. I am terribly shocked at their audacity and corrupt business practice of stealing money from customers. Hopefully I will be refunded for my losses. Fraudelent Charges/Poor Customer Service
services on their website, Binverse did not cancel the recurring charge on Paypal! So even though I cancelled through their website, they would have charged me if Paypal had not brought it to my attention I had a recurring payment established with them (again, without my knowledge). Currently Paypal is reviewing the case, but my assumption is I will not receive my duly deserved refunds as they sell "virtual goods" and evidently Paypal does not protect a buyer from a seller as long as they sell virtual goods - which is another way for buyers to be scammed...

No confirmation e-mails.
14-day free trial with Binverse, after reading the terms which stated I could cancel at any time before the trial was up. However, I never received the e-mails giving me a username/password and allowing me to access my account. Therefore, I couldn't cancel it. The very unpleasing woman on the support hotline said that my e-mail provider was blocking their e-mails...

Terrible download speeds
signing up for the Binverse free trial. I was looking for something on the net and followed a link that said the item was available on usenet and that to gain access I needed a Binverse account. I have just uninstalled my Binverse software because I couldn't get it to work. I have spent 24 hours tinkering with it, with my firewall settings, my internet security, my router. 14- Day Trial SCAM
I just signed up for a Binverse 14-day trial account, to which they "charged" me an "authorization" charge of $3. No, it's not in my junk mail, and no, it's not my credit card...

Misleading free trial
I signed up for a free trial at Binverse, because it says that if I sign before July 31 end I'll pay onlyu $1 for for the entire subscription, which I did.
