This company is a scam. They provide tax documents that are free and say they have relationships with IRS. They do not They charge 97 dollars to prepare a document that is free. They say the can speed up the process with the IRS. They did nothing of the sort

I sent 97 Tax money and I need it back On July 14,2020 I sent 97 Tax $97 to set up payments to the IRS order number *** after three months I never heard anything back from the IRS so I tried calling 97Tax and left several messages then I tried sending them an email and checking out their website and found it was not working. I have never heard anything back from them and I need my money back. Thank you

The company is not associated with IRS as they advertise. The money you pay them for a payment plan does not go to your debt. On November 14 I needed to set up a payment plan with irs.this company came up in my search.sounded legit.I payed the 97$for a payment plan.the next day i received a paper to sign and date and enter my bank account info.i know irs is not that fast.i called IRS they said not to send that info in.it was a scam.they are not associated with the business and any money I pay does not go to my debt with them.i have requested a refund from 97 tax through several emails.and have not received it or heard from them.i will have to pay IRS another fee for a payment plan.
