This place is horrible. Filed 1/31. The preparer entered my bank account information wrong so it couldn’t get direct deposited. Got a call 3/19 that they had my check and was mailing it out. From 3/19 til today, I have been told not only has it not been mailed out, but they had to reprint it. You would be a fool to file with them. I rather not get much back and just file with Turbo Tax from now on. I always use my tax return to take my kids to Disney. And because of this horrible establishment we will have to miss out for the first time in 6 years while the rest of the family is leaving this Friday. Haven't broke it to the kids yet, was just really hoping this place would get their sh** together.

This is my 3rd time filing and I definitely recommend coming here. They have helped me and always give the best 5 star service all 3 time and I am definitely coming back next year to file.

Taxbox Refund has been part of my life for about 4years now, and every time I file I don't feel like im a customer, I feel like I'm part of the family this is why I go back year after year .. because it's not my business that makes this company thrive the way it does it's the customer service and the professionalism they show that keeps me coming back.. It might be a little scary for some to go somewhere to get your taxes done because of the worlds situation, but tax box made me feel safe in every way possible, there was only one other person there getting their taxes done, everyone had a mask on and there were dividers in between the seats, if you're scared to go anywhere to get them done, tax box would be the safest place to go to during these times. Don't be scared and get them taxes done! I love this place and good energy that the staff bring upon ❤️ Thank you taxbox i will forever do my taxes with you guys

TaxBox helped me two years in a row. The first year I was happy with the quoted refund amount, however there was an issue with CA state so I was unable to receive the entire amount I was originally quoted. Even with that, the credits they used got me over 50% more than what I was quoted at other places. Plus the agents were super fast, friendly, and communicative throughout the whole process. The $100 they send same day of filing is a major perk as well (2021 I heard there were some delays with getting the $100 payment, but I personally did not experience this). All in all, they are excellent at what they do and I would definitely consider using TaxBox again!

I went to Taxbox Refund, LLC last year to file my taxes. They offered a business class that I agreed to take. They took some of my taxes to pay for the class. But, I couldn't attend the class due to a financial emergency. After filing my taxes, I contacted them to request a refund of my tax return. They gave me excuses and the run around. They never said that they couldn't refund my money. I feel like they are scamming me. Taxbox contacted me recently to ask if I would file my 2021 taxes with them. No way! They still owe me money for the class I never took. They have 5-star reviews, but they tell their clients to give them good reviews online for a cash incentive. This is not right! They take advantage of people during financial hardships. I want my money back and I won't stop until I get it.
