Placed an order with 7K medals Received a confirmation email with order
Placed an order with 7K medals Received a confirmation email with order. And was told that it shipped. However I soon found out that they had cancelled my order. After I reaching out to them to ask why I haven't received tracking information, they informed me that they cancel the order because the pricing was incorrect. As a buyer you are locked into a price regardless but as a seller you have the freedom to cancel on your customer? Don't believe that is the case. And I believe 7K breached their contract with me. If a company is willing to act like this I do not trust them.

No customer service
No customer service. They only have videos. They tell you what great prices you will get but I still after paying them *** purchase silver from another company that I didn't pay *** to!Don't pay *** so you can buy silver that is still more expensive. You get to join this discount club thing. So far I could get the same discount without paying ***!the response will not be to help and make things right. I hate to leave this review but when you cant figure out how to contact a person to get help with questions and disappointments with pricing the truth is the truth.

Question for company: On income disclosure (which looks rather positive), it says #'s are gross income (before reasonable and customary business expenses). Are the numbers before or after the membership fee which is $150-500, if I recall correctly? The SoundMoney Wallet looks like a good way to accumulate bullion in whatever amount the investor should buy at a given time. (assuming the price is close to the spot price as you say. The flip side is, if one needed to sell, how far below spot is the "buyback" price typically? And if one compared your prices to a non-membership price, how much would a customer have to buy in order to recoup the membership fee (ignoring for the moment the *** commissions)?Even if you are genuinely skeptical of *** currency" (e.g., $), no one knows if it will go way down, or when. While your *** seems to advocate investing for the long haul, some people may need to withdraw money at a given time. For those that don't have another "cushion",, this may make metals an investment category in which they should only have a relatively smalll % of their assets (this could be true for other categories like stocks, etc.) Whether gold or another category is "best" depends on the time frame you look at. For example 4 - 4/2022 : gold went up ~70% & and the S&P ~275%. Since it's hard to predict for a given decade which asset will "win" many would say diversify. Here's my concern: with the emphasis on sales (perhaps weekly sales), how many associates (of any rank) push their downline to buy more - in order to meet some target, rather than what's best for the customer? Are the associates really communicating not just the *** disclaimer but a proper investing risk disclosure? Further there are one or more of your high level associates actively preaching the dollar is about to be phased out or revalued by some process that seems to be Qanon related. Think they are giving a proper asset risk disclosure?
7k metals sent my silver to me in a flimsy envelope! Guess what happened between *** and Georgia, yep no silver in the envelope! Called to complain and set up a claim. How long will that take? Put the silver in a *** BOX! I have worked as a nurse for 30 yrs trying to save a small nest egg. Are they to blame YES. Please use common sense when sending something that weighs heavy. Envelope? Stupid!
I have tried a lot of MLMs in the past, but 7K Metals is truly a networking business not a pyramid scheme. I got a premium membership, and have made more than 5x what I paid for a premium membership. Plus bought coins and sold the 3 coins using 7K Metals, and made double which I paid, again making more than what I paid for my premium membership. Thank you 7K Metals, I believe in you!
7k Metals has been such a blessing to my family and I
7k Metals has been such a blessing to my family and I. Their customer service is 2nd to none, and we've have had a lot of experience dealing with customer support and they are truly at the top of their game. The product shipping time is mind blowing compared to other companies we've done business with in the past. The membership without the business opportunity has saved us a ton of money just using it. They have amazing low mintage assets that you can't find anywhere else, and the amazing price point on the dealer direct *** is untouched. Thank you 7K.
Awesome company! I originally joined to collect beautiful low mintage coins and to buy gold and silver billion. I have been able to exchange my near worthless dollars for much more valuable coins to protect my wealth. And now, I have even made money by sharing my excitement with family and friends who have also joined!
Best MLM Ive ever seen. You are selling something of true value and making a commission referring memberships. Not to mention great prices on precious metals compared to other dealers.
This is a pyramid scheme. They are pushing memberships more than metal investing. You buy incredibly marked up coins and you must get people signed up under you to earn points. You need a ton people to even make points worth anything. The salesperson completely lied to me in order to get me to sign up people. I was able to undo it, but they are selling memberships, not value in metals. The good reviews are salespeople desperate to make their investment worthwhile. Definitely invest in metals, but not with this membership.
In lost money in the venture
In lost money in the venture. It’s network marketing so the statistic that 97% will not succeed rang true for me. My mentors were nice for the first few months he tried to make sales from the leads I generated. It’s difficult. The one thing I really didn’t like, the coins you pay $129 a month for, you can get much cheaper on ***. I’m not much of a collector anyway. If you have a big warm market it’s the only way. My family and friends were less than receptive and posting on *** is also a money and time suck. Learn a skill. Skip the network marketing BS. That’s my 2 cents. Good luck.

I can buy the silver coins at a local coin shop for 1/2 the price that 7K Metals is charging. You are paying for "points" not necessarily silver or gold. Be sure you know what you are getting when you purchase a subscription with these people. I was told that the price that I would be charged for gold and silver was lower than what I could purchase the piece for elsewhere. That is just not so. They want salespeople.
I have looked at some of the negative reviews and once again see it is because people have not taken the time to understand how their ingenious system works. This is a holistic business. It is not just a coin-selling shop. If all you want is a silver coin for its silver content, don't buy it here. Go to *** and hope you don't get scammed. But if you are looking for guaranteed quality of coins that will grow in price PLUS 9 other benefits you might wish to enjoy then no one beats 7K. They have an astounding thing called the Sound Money Wallet, that no one else has. You can keep cash, silver and gold in your wallet (that is insured by *** of ***) and with the click of a button trade silver for gold, gold for silver, either for cash, or vice versa, at no charge. It is one service for members that is invaluable because anywhere else you have to pay per transaction. There is also a StacknSell option - basically an *** for coins, but your quality is checked and your address is kept confidential. All done prior to exchange of money, so you know you are getting what you pay for. 7K also provides a vault for you to store your silver and gold (also insured by *** of London. Then there is the GOLD *** plan (I know one guy, and that is the only reason for his membership), there is a health plan, a travel plan, courses on coin investing, and the incredible compensation plan is available so you can actually make back any money you spend and then some. There are members who have quit their full-time jobs and make a better living with 7K. And then there are special coin offerings that come up in the Dealer Direct area. I have bought coins that are already selling on *** at a higher price. AND...you can buy bullion cheaper than anywhere else...about 1-1.5% over spot. There are also fun "Coin-drops" that happen periodically. Again, if you want to buy a single silver coin - this is not the place. And it is never touted as such. Once you grasp the holistic and ingenious system 7K has set up, you will be in it for life. And, I truly don't get the negative support comments as I have had nothing but remarkable support from 7K. I am baffled by those comments, truly.
After much research and validation with both legal and tax resources I have this company to be straight forward in their representation.
I just love this company. I am into it %100 Blessed to have the ability to have the education of others that have been doing it for a few years. If you are not in it. Check out this webinar that gives a total brake down. https://alchemy-wealth.com/

It’s Like life, if you hustle a little bit with this company you can get paid, if your lazy and join and don’t do any work it will cost you a little money every month not a lot after your fee you get a rated coin worth 31 dollars and in 5 to ten years could be worth a couple hundred dollars. You can make up to 12,000 dollars a week I believe. It can cost you around 70 dollars a month if you don’t get any people to join yes it’s MLM marketing and your getting someone rich ? if you get yourself rich at the same time but at the very least you should be able to get a couple people after a while and they can get a few people to sign up and your at least making enough money for your free coin every month. If you go hard and hustle with this company you could become a Millionaire at home.

I joined 7k 6 months ago, I wanted to Stack Silver as a way to have some extra financial security. When I received my 1st coin in about 5 days... I was absolutely impressed with what I received. I took some time to view the video Trainings that were provided and really got some great info that helped me save $ on my outside Silver Purchases...I decided to share the Membership benefits with others and the concept caught on because it made money sense...I went to Utah in May to meet the Companies Leadership and they shared the Vision for the Company... simply Incredible. I received a 100oz Bar of Silver for reaching one of the Companies Contest valued at $3000 and one of 20 Custom Watches designed for the Top 20 Leaders ! They have consistently delivered on their promises. Its been one of the best Financial moves I ever made. *** Louisiana

It's a pyramid scheme like all the rest but in disguise
It's a pyramid scheme like all the rest but in disguise. They overplay the actual demand for buying/selling gold and silver. Even on their own website they mention it's only 1-3% of Americans that are buying. Like all multi level marketing companies it's only the guys at the top that are making money. There's people openly selling you on this and going "don't worry, we'll put someone on your left side in order to raise your points so you can make money" then after a few months of paying the minimum every month you suddenly discover you now need to pay 3x what you were spending every month and then get blamed for not being flexible. They also never mention to you that all the coins you paid for that were 2x as much or maybe more than the actual price on other sites or *** can't be sold back to them as a commission has been paid on them. The commission not paid to me but to the folks at top like is always the case. If you want to buy gold or silver there's actually a ton of better options (cheaper) than going this route.

First of all, 7K Metals is NOT a pyramid scheme
First of all, 7K Metals is NOT a pyramid scheme. I was victim to a pyramid scheme in the mid 80s while I was in the military (should not have trusted my superiors, the very people who I received orders from and was expected to follow); so, I know what a pyramid scheme looks like. In the past six years I have been involved in several multi-level marketing companies (all of them completely legit) and 7K Metals is the best one I've ever been in. You do not have to work this as a business if you do not want to; you can just buy physical gold and silver, and/or buy collectible coins, and/or take advantage of the other benefits offered. However, in my personal opinion, you are foolish if you don't share the business opportunity with others for two reasons: 1. You are leaving money on the table. 2. You are depriving others from taking advantage of the opportunity as well. So, why not take advantage of all the company has to offer? I've been with 7K for only six months and have earned back my $499 membership fee sixteen fold. Not to mention the 30-35% increase in value in my gold and silver portfolio.

I saw this ComplaintsBoard.com review board on 7K Metals and I had to take a look
I saw this ComplaintsBoard.com review board on 7K Metals and I had to take a look. I personally have only good things to say about the company. I've been buying silver from online sources recommended to me from different podcasts I listen to. I would think as they offer an initial discount to get started with the company by putting in their offer code, that they get an affiliate percentage from my purchase. I never really questioned it and completely understand how endorsements work. Heck, our athletes get paid millions for endorsements. I was actually excited when one of my friends introduced me to 7K Metals (and yes I knew it had an affiliate marketing aspect). It does have an annual fee but with that annual fee, it has educational "courses" so I was able to learn about investing in precious metals, and when I compared pricing to my previous sources, it was a tad bit less expensive for silver bullion. I've been collecting coins on a monthly basis for years so I'm not new to coins but I think that the quality of these coins is truly there. Heck, they have a buy back program if you're not happy, what more could I ask for.

So much awesome things to say about 7k!
So much awesome things to say about 7k! Spent a weekend with the owners of 7K and their families at Salmon River Lodge. I was fortunate to get an invite to an incredible event! God loving people who really care about our successes and well being. My wife and I own and have owned multiple businesses in the 34 years we've together with some success that we're able to live a comfortable lifestyle with our children and grandchildren. Unfortunately with owning your own business, the business usually owns you as most of you who own your own businesses understands. There's rarely an opportunity for retirement within this quadrant of building for your financial future. 7K Metals is offering us with a variety of opportunities to achieve a better quality of life! I wish this was share with me sooner but God always has a plan for us and delay is not denial! 7K Metals, the Co-Founders, Staff, their Families and all the amazing people in 7k that we have met and continue to meet only pushes us to want to share this with everyone we talk to. My Family is in and reaping the benefits of 7k... You should too! Thank You 7k and the entire Team, You are an incredible Family... God Bless

I initially joined 7K just to buy silver, because affordability was paramount to me but I knew the critical need to start stocking precious metals. The numismatic coins I've received in the Autosaver, or bought separately, have gone *** in value over 71% in just a few months. My silver bullion purchase in my Sound Money Wallet went *** 22% in the next few days. When I started looking into the affiliate program, I saw a chance to get ahead and pay off some bills. I enrolled only 4 people, and within 2 months was making $250 a week (some of which I invested in bullion), because 2 of the people I enrolled got busy and invited *** more people each. My team has a lot of awesome resources for training you, and they go out of their way to get on Zoom calls to explain the company and opportunities to my prospects and their prospects. If you treat it like the incredible business opportunity it is, I don't see how you can't do well."Pyramid scheme" = negative word for network marketing. This binary compensation plan is one of the most brilliant and lucrative out there, generous beyond belief. You could enroll 2 people and if all they did was each enroll 0-2 people who simply bought coins each month, the infinite trickle up of those commission points can be a full time income eventually. Just like silver and gold, it can be a long game. Or you can get motivated and enroll enough people in 3 months to earn a bar of silver and be at $3500 a week, I know people who have done it.Most corporations you're working your 9-5 for are pyramid schemes, with the people at the top making all the money, that pay you ZERO for sharing about the company. With 7K, ANYONE has the opportunity to build your full "pyramid" and be at Presidential Gold earning $12,500 a week, there are plenty of people at that level and it's growing so much, they're talking about adding another level. If you're ready to invest in yourself, even if you just purchase silver and gold, 7K is a very smart investment.

Real 7k Experience: transfer of power to *** 8/9 Maybe someone should tell him NOT to be defacing Freemasons in the company while they are selling another organizations product its a conflict of interest to me at the beginning, sell this program to you like its signed in talons of Gold. Alot of promises not fulfilled timelinewise, only worked for my recruiter which got profit and points from my purchase. . Caught people lying about what I was doing only to disrupt what i was doing.. As far As i know another pyrimid scheme that has all the top people , just handful with huge houses, sportcars, helicopter, planes, farmland.. They should not be able to operate in a economy that protects you from just this , a pyramid scheme with more loop holes to their advantage. They also claim 99% renewal rates which is a complete fabricated number as you can see here not everyone has renewed, specifically not me. All seem fishy when the very first thing they wanted me to do was recruit whole family but this was just for me... I had even made money and was being commanded to add my sister or get her in some way even if you had to help pay for them and Which is meant to generate me money but also need to know that it will only benefit the people up also and not her at all... Escpeically when you know your getting taken advantage of when the people above you harass you for not buying a product that money and their for your a bad patriot of the company cause you took food of my familys table." I could not believe what i just heard. And Asked again.. Really? you think that? and then started to redact a little what he said but yes a little of it is true, but like I told my manager, that's not my problem i don't have enough funds for your family to eat. So the push from not just 1 but 3 or 4 people to try and tell me what to do that benefits them before i benefit myself. For an example: 7k- Hey i think you should buy the new *** coin thats coming out at the beginning of the year because it could be worth thousands of dollars because of the mintage level." So when the coin came out they were ready instead of what was thought to be a 30-50 coin, it was a suprise to me that we had to pay such a premiuime to obtain something we really didn't know how the presentation was going to be, the price and suprised to find out it was graded and slabbed so now they had put such a huge premium on these coins they were really never found on the market to make anyone any realy money but reimbursements. After i saw how horrible they handled this coin release with the disinformation provided beforehand was and still is a big punch in my wallet. Since i signed up i was terminated because they claim i wasnt fast enough to return my product for anotherone after trying to followup as much as i could because i gave them many options, as in a different product, money back, credit back.. They desided I would need to re-purchase my membership of $200 which is yearly but forced to pay again in June to get back into the company but was advacated out because 7k Told me well "chris" that i was to weathered for the program while i was asking questions they could not give a straight answer too. After today still questioning what benefits you get from the USmint throuhg them is absolutely nothing, but its advertised as it is or maybe to make you think the US mint is also doing coin drops for 7k but you too new and if you were to ask anyone these question they wouldnt know. Also another red flag while i was on 3 way, the support team could not identify what government back bullion is compared to generic silver rounds.. After she gave the wrong answer thinking all silver is back by goverment , well yea back before pre-33. But this makes me think people are getting the wrong information all the time, Because i correct so many terms they were using loosly they told me to not ask those question or dig deep into who makes the most money and why , you dont need to know do you? Never have i got to meet them personally but was asked to man a 7kmetals desk in Las Vegas to rep the company and also sell my metals. well as soon as i figured out they had a space reserved but that the money would have to come from my pocket plus the traveling because the traveling cards dont work in this area we paid full price. I told them look is there anyone from 7k out of all your users that could also come down? oh yea they will be there is what he said? ok so why Am i the one footing the bill? come to find out, they went to another state for a meeting , the whole company or important part of the company to leave people that just signed up at a booth you have no idea what to talk about with people? I resided it was going to be way to expensive to host their event under my dime, so i did not go. After about this time i was notified that my membership was somehow inadequate from a return i explained at the beginning. -Never did they discus world currency and how metals directly affect the fiat money -Never did they ask how much we knew about silver or gold because they said we didnt need to know anything since 7k was going to be right there telling them what to buy.

7k Metals is a typical company that takes advantage of their customers. Now days even legitimate companies run their system and policies like a conn job, giving them the advantage over the customer/client that is deceptive and at best unfair. I invested into 7k Metals and got burned. It is not simple and it takes much longer for you to get organized and profitable. Once I realized this opportunity was not for me I found out they take something like 15% percent of your money up front. None of this was explained. When you first invest in the company, your buy back price is about 15% lower than your original investment. This is deceptive and you don't get it back for a while. This is what they told me after I joined and raised the question. The agent I talked to said he didn't know why they put a percentage of an investment aside and only knew that it took a long time before it is released. He said he would have someone who knows more about it contact me which no one did. I called again a week or so later and ask about what happens if I need my money. The agent told me that I only get the buy back price and I forfeit the 15%. This is called reaming people. I dont mind paying for my mistakes but this goes beyond that.Unless you are successful at their program which I cant believe would happen unless you are a good conn artist yourself, you will lose your a*** It takes a long time to develop and gain the knowledge and experience to be in the profit range. I think the reason they take a chunk of your money for an indefinite period of time is to trap you into paying the annual membership fee while youre waiting for your retainer to be released back to you. If you see that 7k is not for you, you are trapped. If you don't have the knack or the time to produce a network under you, your points go away. If you decide you don't want to be a member any more the money they are holding becomes their money and they call themselves Christians.
