This company is a scam. I spoke with a Tracy and she made many many many promises. She told me that she would be there throughout if I had any problems, etc. Let me tell you I had problems accessing my webstore and I tried repeatedly contacting DOBA and 3xp and got nothing but the run around. They all were very rude and not sensitive to my problems. I tried numerous times to get ahold of "Tracy" and from the time I made my $1, 039.95 payment Tracy was a ghost. She NEVER ever answered her phone afterwards, nor did she return emails or phone calls. I cancelled within the timeframe to get a refund, however they sent me an email saying no refunds. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with this company! They sell your name so now there are many people calling me with promises how they can do this and that for me and my business. I've been telling them that 3xp scammed me and that is more then enoiugh for me, but more just keep calling. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and I am contacting an attorney for advice. I wish I would have check out this company before I gave my money. They make it sound so appealing and tell you the "guarantees" that you will have and they want you to spend as much as you can. They tell you they will take checks by phone, credit cards; anything to get your money. I wish to God I would have went with my instincts, but Tracy is a great scam artist! Never again. DON'T GIVE 3XP WEB your money no matter what. Remember the saying, "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is a scam. In this case it is no matter how appealing they make it sound!
