This place is horrible…. Do not see about going through a loan process with them. I was selling my manufactured home to my sister in law and her daughter. And they gave us an approval with a 12 percent interest rate. And 5k down. We were okay with that based off of the credit rating of the main buyer and the co buyer. I understand with credit things happen and it causes the rate to go higher because of it. So the process starts out okay with what we were quoted. My sister-in-law gets approved from the park and pays the security deposit and also provides her income information w2s and check stubs. So does her daughter. Her daughters' income is higher than what she put on the application. My sister-in-law's income is a little less because she took almost a whole month off for a family emergency. But she still has good credit with no negative issues. This place wants her to write a letter that explains the income, which she does. And instead of working towards helping out with a solution. They change the down payment to 20,000 and put her daughter first on the loan. I never thought something like this would happen. The broker called me and told me this, and I was bewildered. Can not believe it. Literally took my home off the market for a month for them to pull this. Called and spoke to Michael Kirkland of 21st mortgage. He did, supposedly the broker or manager. He kind of just shrugged me off and said he is not able to talk to me about the situation because I am not an applicant. Which I understand, I just wanted to make sure everyone is aware of the unfair business practices of this place. They are crooks. At least if we could have known within about two weeks into the process, which is when she submitted all the information, it wouldn’t have been so bad. But they drag their feet and don’t care about what situations they are creating. I am just frustrated and voicing my opinion. But even when I let MICHAEL KIRKLAND know I was going to write a review. He said go ahead instead of talking to me to figure things out. So must be used to it in my eyes. Such a process unable to discuss any information…. Please. I could tell he is not in the customer service business as soon as I started speaking to him. I just want everyone to know to stay away from this place.
