I recommend that you stay far far away from this company and I highly recommend you do not buy any products from them. Read my story below.
I purchased a wooden cat house "luxury" pet villa from this company Zhen Jiang Jaya Display Props Co., LTD. on Alibaba after seeing this really pretty cat house picture. They quoted me $850 + $480 shipping. After Alibaba's fee, I tendered a total of $1, 369.77.
After the item shipped, I continued to receive billing invoices from the shipping company. First it was $233, then $60, then $200, and so on (they wouldn't stop). Suddenly, the shipment ended up in another state and they told me I'd need to pay more shipping fees to get it to my state, and I said HELL NO! I had no choice but to continue to pay these invoices because everything was being billed under MY NAME, the seller took NO responsibility. In total, I paid an additional $1, 551.84 in additional shipping fees billed directly to me, and if I didn't pay it, I was continuously assessed a daily storage fee of $100+ if I didn't go pick up the item from the warehouse once it finally arrived to my state (so there was no opportunity for me to reject the shipment either).
All in all, I saw an $850 cat house villa, and thought it was a great deal. But nope, ended up paying almost 3K for it. And to add more insult to injury, the cat house arrived in a wooden coffin like box that was falling apart, with no padding or wrapping or nothing, the parts (boards for the frame and such) were disgustingly filthy and dirty and had to be wiped down (dark grey matter coming off of them), all the brackets and bolts were dirty and rusted and looked really old, they drew on the boards with a RED SHARPIE that won't come off, the whole thing is a piece of CRAP. I'm making a Youtube video of it and will post it on Youtube next so search for it if you want.
Also, I did reach out to the seller, and they won't respond to me or reply to my messages. So fair warning! If you pay them for a pretty cat house picture you see on their Alibaba page, once they get the money, they're like "siyanara!" and send you a [censored] [censored] product and have all the shipping billed directly under your name despite charging you a "shipping fee" when you initially purchase it. As for Alibaba's payment protection, that was a complete joke! They only guarantee protection for a certain amount of days. The problem with ordering from Zhen Jiang Jaya Display Props Co., LTD. is that it will take 60+ days to get to you and the Alibaba trade protection will have come and gone. NO ONE will help you get through this nightmare.
