DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANYTHING NOT EVEN A DOLLAR! i thought i was just checking my credit score for one dollar so i did so. After that i tried to cancel on MULTIPLE occasions and there was always an error each time. After about a week or two of trying i left it go. A month later they’re taking 30DOLLARS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! they did not warn me with an email that did not warn me with a text messages NOTHING! they just invaded my privacy and took my money out of my account with out my knowledge and my consent. This time i called and was infuriated. The lady I spoke with over the phone kept running away from the problem i had and didn’t want to just cancel my “membership” what should’ve been a 5 minute phone call turned into 20 frustrating minutes of me simply trying to get my card information OFF of this terrible business’ records. PLEASE spare yourself and find a more trusted business all they’re worried about is taking your money when you need it

most and i needed it so they decided to take.

I have officially canceled their service 4 times now and for some damn reason they keep taking money every month. I'm going to contact again for cancelation 1 last time. After that I will sue this stupid [censored]ing company. Waste of time they haven't done anything for me except take my money for 7 months.

I agreed to pay one dollar only. They immediately took the dollar from my bank account, then a few days later stole $40 from me. I want my money back. I only agreed to the dollar charge because the loan companies wouldn't let me continue my loan process untill I paid for the credit score. Of course I didn't get a loan, and now my bank tells me I'm overdrawn over $50

I signed up about a month ago, took up the offer of the 1 dollar free trial, then canceled the following day relizing that i wouldnt be using it. Was recently charged with 39.94 and couldnt figure out why. Did some searching and it looks liuke this happens quite often even though i canceled my plan. Very disatisfied with this whole interaction and want my refund. I have bills coming up and need that to pay some of them.

I'll be nice, this company stinks.1st it says$1 for score then it says free,no where saying upfront the cost of $39.95 monthly that's hidden, quit being dishonest & dismissing the public, I've had it with this WWW. Internet world junk, glad my bank has suspicious activites monitoring on my account. Now I've got to go try and make this company stop hitting my bank account like it's their personal ATM, wish y'all good luck

This company lures people into seeing their credit score for $1, then in the fine print signs them up for a recurring monthly charge of $20 unless they cancel their membership, which inevitably they didn't even know they signed up for. I went months before realizing what was happening and then finally noticed all the monthly charges on my credit card. I think it's a very dishonest business strategy to trick people this way...

I'm a single mother of three I was looking for a loan to help me move and had to have my credit score so I used this sight paid the dollar I tried for days to find how to cancel the subscription before it to the FORTY DOLLERS from my bank account but I couldn't figure it out for nothing so they took my money I found a way to cancel the next day but they refuse to give me my money back that's my grocery money for this week so my kids and I are going hungry thanks yourscoreandmore.com

In January , I did the free trial and was charged their $39.99 package price. I called and canceled. They sent me an email saying it was canceled. Here it is, April , and I'm being charged $5.95 for this... I called and they told me I authorized it on a discounted rate! I told them I said no and their rep chose to authorize my account. Why would I pay for something I don't want? I urge you to use a different app or credit program... like freecreditscore.com or the credit wise app. They're free. Don't fall for this ***!

Attempts to cancel failed since I could never even log into the account I've requested to reset password multiple times before 7 day trial was up so that I can cancel and no email not one I attempted to call and could not get a hold of anyone. I get a call back multiple days after MY LAST call to them leaving me a vm saying I cancelled a day after the 7 days was up. when I have been attempting to cancel far before that. my card was charged over $39 and I am still yet to gain access to this account and service that they are charging me for. Not happy one bit with this company.

Yourscoreandmore charged $20 a month FOR ONE YEAR to my charge card without my knowledge before I noticed it (total of $279), They did not send out an invoice informing me of the monthly deductions either. Just happened to be reviewing last 12 month's transactions to notice this recurrent charge. The Yourscore click bait is deliberately deceptive. It is designed to trick individuals into inquiring about their credit score and then automatically bill them. When challenged they won't refund these fraudulent charges. Why did I never receive notification of continued billing to my account? This is a total scam. We never deliberately signed up for, needed nor desired this service.

The site pops up in the midfle of another one and tricks u into signing up. So u pay a dollar for a " FREE CREDIT CHECK" but than charge u $1.00. So they get your card number. Than minutes after your trial is over they once again swoop in and withdrawl another $39.95 for the month. They give u a phone number but no one ever answers. Automated message. They offer u.an upgrade and tell u that u can have another month for free or the other is an additional month for $9.95. But this is all after they already took the $39.95. Just think about how many people they do this too everyday.. i am waiting on a return email from them explaining this. As of right now they score a big #1 on my scam scote

They call themselves a "fraud alert" company. They sure "frauded" me. Same as all the comments that follow. $1 charge at the first of the month, then a few days later $34.95 charge. I didn't notice it for a few months just like they expected. Called them and they actually have "press one to cancel" as the first option...Weird, eh? The rep offered to cancel the last month fee and cancel my supposed membership that I never knew I had. I had to offer to call my card company to dispute the other charges before he agreed to refund them. I had to remind him several times to refund the one dollar charges too. He said it was done, I'll have to wait and see if the refunds actually make it to my card.

Whom ever started this company is very smart. They word all their marketing strategy so that no matter what they appear as if they've done anything wrong. It must have been built by a narcissist. I was applying for a loan. A contingency of getting that loan was to provide my current credit score. I was then redirected to the my score and more website. Even though I already knew my credit score, and subscribe to credit monitoring. I really needed that loan so I went ahead and subscribe to the service. I then turned around the very next day and cancelled. To no avail they debit my account 10 bucks every 8 days or so. I dispute the charges my bank puts the money back into my account. They charge me again then all of the sudden there is a charge for$120. WTH I immediately am on the phone with the bank. I'm getting my money back and hopefully they are charged with theft.

I signed up for a $1 trial offer with yourscoreandmore as a prerequisite for applying for a loan. I, subsequently canceled said offer to avoid being charged their ridiculous monthly rate. Now, due to the fact that this company had received a numerous amount of customer complaints in regard to their billing practices and failure to properly cancel trial offers like the one I was participating in, I elected to sign up using a prepaid cash card I keep on hand for transactions such as this and am I ever thankful I did! Not only has this company failed to cancel my subscription, but they have attempted to charge my card every single day, sometimes multiple times per day for various amounts for over a month now. Upon noticing the first of these fraudulent charges, I contacted the company via email, so to have proper documentation for my own records, explaining that I had canceled said membership and making it very clear that they did NOT have my permission to continue charging my card and to refrain from doing so or I would contact the Complaintsboard.com as well as my attorney general. My request fell on deaf ears as this company has continued its attempts day after day to charge a card that will now be cancelled just for the shear annoyance of having to receive multiple notifications that their attempt at stealing my money has been futile because I, obviously, have refrained from using said card knowing this company can strike again whenever they please and take money that is not rightfully theirs. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. No loan is worth the headache you're destined to go through in attempting to cancel their services, let alone receiving any type of reimbursement. To top it all off, yourscoreandmore didn't even succeed in providing me with the promised information, aka- my credit score.

This site is a scummy and untrustworthy site, they have no way to CONTACT via phones, nor some sort of forums or online help situation. You cannot remove or change a payment method, they will ignore you if you want to cancel your account. If I want to cancel my account their should be no more talking, it should be a simple cancellation method that I can do by myself. Or one that does not require any contact with their stupid incompetent employees. We are in a time of crisis, I don't need any scummy business trying to charge or make profits off me.

I signed up for the $1.00 trial and on 2/5 and they charged me $39.99 and again today for $39.99 ... when I called them they claim it's a 10 day process, have to go through Compliance and if they are giving me any money back I will get an email (I said I'd like an email either way to know their decision and she said they do not do that!). I called my bank and they were only able to deal with one of the charges as 1 is still "pending". Again I have a 10-day process before I will see any back! so far they have charged me $80 for this in 2 days!

I am attempting to cancel my 1$ trial and their website is not loading. I have tired direct links that were sent from yourscoreandmore to my email and those do not work either. I have googled 3 different support phone number and none of them had a machine or representative to talk to. I have sent an email to 2 different email addresses assigned to yourscoreandmore.com. Still no response. After reading other complaints about the same issue from other users I decided to make this complaint. Strategic attempt to keep memberships and make cancellation difficult for consumers.

I was applying for a loan when in the middle of the loan they said it was a one dollar week trial and then after the week they would charge me shy of $40 I had canceled the trial within two days but they still charged my account and there is still an active account open. I have asked this company via phone call and email to cancel my account and issue me a refund. they had issued me a refund but right after it went through they recharged me the $40. this was less than three weeks ago and I have been contacting them at least twice a week to try to cancel my account and get a refund but they are no help so this is my last resort.

I signed up for a $1 trial with this company May 7, 2022. I received a confirmation email at 5:01 pm. I went to the website to locate the proper way to cancel on Friday because I had found a free report monitoring company and would not benefit from a duplicate service. I received an alert shortly after obtaining the phone number to call that my bank account was debited $39.94 on May 13th which is a day The terms specifically stated 7 day trial for $1 after the 7 days a charge would occur. The charge was supposed to come out on the 14th and the email stated to cancel prior to 2pm Sat May 14 to avoid being charged. I am calling my bank to dispute the charge and to demand a refund

I have been charged 39.99/month for a service that I never used. I am currently in chemotherapy and had enough energy to make a phone call about it ad the customer service rep had to use my credit card information in order to find the account because my phone number, address and email was all incorrect. I explained that I have been a victim of identity theft and instead of him listening, he kept trying to sell their services to me. He ignored me telling him what I'm going through to tell me what they can offer me. Clearly I didn't make this account and should've been refunded but I can't get a refund if no one is listening. If you can't verify my information then it's not me and should be refunded immediately.

This company charged my credit card $1 on June 22nd. I noticed the charge on July 2nf and called Quicksilver to file a fraud claim. Quicksilver said the company also tried to charge my credit card twice in the same week for 39.90. they also told me this isn't the first time theyve heard about this company doing this with other customers. This is illegal it is a scam what they are doing is wrong. I know they will say they have proof I signed up for it but that will be a lie I have read their complaints on here and everyone says the same thing and they always reply that they have proof the customer signed up. Clearly there is an issue here. Quicksilver is pursuing the matter and my account has now been locked because of them and I don't have access to my funds.

This site presented itself as a place to apply for a loan. AFTER providing my information for what I thought was a loan application, I was shown my credit score and was told my account was charged $1 for numerous "services" I did not request nor desire. I immediately requested a cancelation of my involvement with the deceptive "service". There was no $1 transaction showing on my account, so I assumed I successfully ended any involvement with yourscoreandmore.com. 2 weeks later there was a $1 transaction that I did not immediately notice. Then 2 weeks after that I deposited $40 to my account and immediately was charged $39.94 from this website for their phantom services. This company preyed on the desperation of someone seeking a small loan to avoid eviction. It then proceeded to steal the last $40 I had.

The company was involved in a situation where I was told the subscription would only be $1 for the trial and that after the trial the recurring payment would not come out without approval (in essence, well a trial) and if I was unhappy with the service I would not be charged. I was told I would be contacted to verify this. Also the caller hung up before giving any details as far as recurring payments. In essence I was told to subscribe, pay the dollar, and once I said it processed the caller got rude and hung up. I only wanted to try the service however money came out without without my approval, or at least not fully understanding as the caller was very short with me. I understand paying the $1 however I feel that this was a fast talking way to get money and it will keep happening until the buyer realizes its happening and reports it. I would like reimbursement for the $39.94 and to end whatever type of membership I apparently agreed to without knowing.

This business seems fraudulent. I am not sure how they ever got me to sign up for their service (that is suspect, but occurred several months ago and I don't remember it). I noticed YOURSCOREANDMORE.COM when looking through my CC statement. I have had NO EMAILS from this company, not for signing up, not for credit alerts, monitoring of any sort. It may be worth noting that I have had many credit alerts and fraud monitoring alerts from actual service providers at my bank or credit cards in this 9 month period. I think the fact that they don't send any emails ever is the telling sign, they are trying to hide in your credit card statement so that you don't notice you are paying for this, god forbid they ever email and you would know you have this fake service. I assume (based on other complaints) that I probably signed up for a low or no cost trial of the service. However, given they never emailed me anything assumed it had not gone through. The business should have to email users their account / log-in information on sign up. The business should have to actually provide credit monitoring services.

About 7 months ago, I must have utilized Your Score and More's trial once to check my credit. I intended to cancel soon after but must have forgotten. I just recently noticed the charges on my checking account. I have some negligence to own up to in that.However, I found it concerning upon further digging that I have never once been contacted by an entity identifying themselves as Your Score and More. This is of concern because the membership claims to send email alerts for every key change like new accounts and late payments, 24/7 updates on credit score changes, and my credit has changed several times in the last year and a half. I did not receive any emails or updates of my credit score nor any alerts in key changes that had happened to my accounts or late payments as promised for the service I was unknowningly paying for. Had I received updates from the business that I had a membership with, I would have been able to cancel my account sooner. This appears to be a tactic that Your Score and More.com uses to keep the unknowing customer from remembering their expensive subscription. This is a company that is structured to trap people who just want to check their credit scores through a 7 day for only $1 trial that quickly turns into a very expensive ($19.94/month) ordeal (in the end costing me $140.00). I demand a significant refund from Your Score and More for their shady business practices and lack of communication as was promised.
