This so called attorney has persisted to attempt to use her office in breach of her code of ethics, by issuing legal notices, using incorrect procedure, in violation of Court Rules regarding time frames, as well as attempting to found jurisdiction in a court which has non to hear the matter.
Following unsuccessful attempts to illicit a response from the people she tries to intimidate, she proceeds to sent derogatory emails to them.
A complaint against her has been lodged with the bar association of Gauteng, as well as an application to have her struck of the roll of attorneys.
Clearly this woman needs to return to law school. Do not waste a cent of your money on her services, they will be sorely wasted, and lost due to her flagrant ill knowledge of procedural law.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Mrs. Booysen is an outstanding attorney. I believe that your continued posting of this complaint after all the positive reviews listed above and the fact that you can remove it at a fee, is nothing more than blackmail.
I am a client of Attorney Yolanda Booysen who handled my divorce case with the utmost professionalism at all times and can only speak highly of her. She is not just a attorney in name but she has a passion for her job. I strongly disagree with the accusations been made against her.

The person, who placed these comments, happens to be our opponent in an involved civil matter. She is not an advocate of Johannesburg as claimed and she is clearly abusing this website in a personal smear campaign against attorney Yolanda Booysen. Her comments are misplaced and devoid of all truth.
The lady, who made these preposterous and slanderous comments, is representing herself in pending litigation and it seems that she feels frustrated by the court order, attorney Yolanda Booysen competently and whilst vigorously serving her client’s best interest, obtained against her, in the Northern Gauteng High Court, Pretoria.
There is a warrant issued for the arrest of the very person who made these comments and the SAPS is looking for her in respect of crimes she committed in the past. Any person taking the time to read these deceitful comments should be challenged to also take the time to contact the Law Society where it will be confirmed to any enquirer that Ms Booysen is an attorney in good standing, with no pending complaints of unprofessionalism or unethical behaviour being investigated, as claimed.
