I have ordered some clothes from Yepme on Aug 2017. They have rejected my order and refused to refund my money. Almost, *.* years gone. I have tried to contact them through the phone call, email and social media. But, I didn't get any response from them. They have cheated me. Please give a solution for this issue. I have my order details message and bank debit statement

Hi my complain is that I ordered 2 pair of shoes by online payment but yepme not delivered that product. Even we trying his customer service number and tracking number but it cannot responded. Product cancelled the product by tracking company and they donot send any mail or any cancelled information to my email address and even no process for refund is working on that website.

I want my refund back in urgent because I do online payment for that product, if they cannot contact with us then legal action can be taken against the yepme company.

I placed an order on 6th September. My order got split 3 times with different sub order id.

Some item was missing and some item i have returned to yepme. Till date i have not received refund of all. I called 6 to 7 time. Each time it cost 100 minimum. While on call aslo it get discontinued. So far I spent 1000 rupess to call them. Which is stupid against to refund of 1350 rupess aprox. I have maill around 100 to them. They are replying sorry for inconvenience cause to you.will look forward and get back to you soon. I asked them to pay intrest on my money they denied also that. What to do next. On top of that 1000 rupess spent calling them which is stupidity of me.

They always denied. Dont know what to do. Everyday i am mailing them.

Please do needful. Or give me if anyone can provide consumer contac detail so that i can talk to them. I order total 4118 rupess on 6th of september today is 26 November. They are holding mu money from that day.

I can take a step and penalty to them.

I have purchased some clothing from www.yepme.com website and when my order arrived I was absolutely disgusted with the quality! Everything looked extremely cheap and rubbish, material was very thin and see through. I contacted www.yepme.com and demanded my money back and these scammers said no! They said that was not the reason for them to refund me. They said that quality was not that bad as I said. No matter how hard I've tried I was not able to change their mind. Lost my money because of them!

YEPME CHEATS, I Had order and a pair of shoes in the month of November 2013 when its come to my door i had received it and i had provided the payment on the same when i open the box i was shocked as it seems i was cheated, guess what the SO CALLED http://www.yepme.com/ had send bot shoe of left leg, I want to know from yepme that how a person will weae left leg side shoe in both the legs?
On the spot i had launched an complaint and provided all necesary details required by yepme but till date their is no resolution and refund had been provided from yepme neither their manages or customer service are botherd about customer/consumer complaints.

i have ordered your product vide order no 874348. the order sent by your company bearing invoice no 48891 by vpp reached to me at khariar, nuapada, odisha, on 03.11.2011. when opened the vpp i found it empty which shocked me. it was a tragedy that after spending Rs. 3462/- -three thousand four hundred sixty two rupees only, (including postal charges) I got nothing out of it.
while contacted to your authority over telephone, he suggested to lodge a complain on e-mail. the parcel was not tampered while I opened it . so i find your company is responsible for this fault. it is your responsibility to compensate my losses.
