Initially, after some research and several phone calls with their agent in Australia, I had decided to give them a chance to assist me in my migration to Canada. However, my experience with Y Axis was far from satisfactory.

One of my biggest concerns when enrolling with Y Axis was the possibility of cancelling my application at some point. The agency had assured me that if I were to cancel, I would receive a refund for the unassisted steps or processes. However, when I did need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances related to Covid-19, I was met with silence and lack of assistance.

My worst experience with Y Axis came in December 2020 when I requested a refund due to my inability to migrate to Canada at the time. Despite having paid them in full and completed some of the migration processes, I received no response to my emails and calls requesting assistance. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

When I made a negative review on Facebook, Y Axis's agent contacted me and asked me to delete the review. I requested a proper resolution, but I have yet to receive any response from them.
