To Whom It May Concern

I received extremely bad service from Maggie at Wynberg Autotrimmers. Not only was she insulting, but completely unwilling to help me. I'd booked my car in for work and although the part was delayed, she refused to accommodate me when the part finally arrived. She claimed that she was too busy. This is not the first time I have tried to have my car fixed at Wynberg Autotrimmers. A few years back, she was just as rude to me. I found her insulting and unwilling to accommodate me. I believe that she acts in this fashion because she has somewhat of a monopoly over fabric vehicle roofs in Johannesburg. Both times that I have taken my car in for repairs, her response was that if I didn't like her attitude, then I should take the car somewhere else. She has put the phone down on me twice. I find this both insulting and offensive. Therefore, I have lodged a complain on Hello Peter for bad service. The company is currently listed on Hello Peter as a company who does not respond.

I will be sure never to take my car to Wynberg Autotrimmers again unless she apologises in writing.

I wish I had seen this complaint earlier. This Client had taken his vehicle to another Repairer who no longer wanted to work for the Client. We corrected the work carried out to the vehicle and required a part from BMW. These repairs took place about a month prior to our Company closing for the Christmas/New Year period. The Client decided to order the part direct from BMW. BMW supplied the Client the part only a week before we closed for the Christmas/New Year holidays. Unfortunately, Wynberg Motor Trimmers was not able to complete the repair for the Client until the New Year. The Client was advised to have the repairs completed by any BMW Dealer if they were not willing to wait until the New Year. At no time was Maggie rude to the Client. At no time was the phone put down on the Client. The Client would not accept we were fully booked and not able to work on his vehicle.
