We recently purchased two quality beds from WR Mattress Gallery. ( We returned here because 10 years ago, we had purchased beds from an earlier version of this company, and had been very pleased). The customer service is excellent, both at the Gallery store, and at delivery. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. That follow-up call, to make sure the customer is totally satisfied, is much appreciated. We are impressed that this is a family owned, local business, that has "Made in B.C." products! They actually care about and contribute to our community. We highly recommend WR Mattress Gallery to anyone looking for a new bed.

Just purchased a new queen-size mattress from WR Mattress Gallery. We had a 2 yr old king-size mattress purchased from The Bay which had sunk 2 inches and was killing our backs. We were in desperate need of a new mattress due to my husband's health issues. I had read the great reviews on WR Mattress Gallery. Jaime was so helpful; they had a small delivery window open and were able to bring in and remove our old mattress on the same day as purchase. The delivery guys were great, quick in and out, and efficiently set up the new mattress. We are very happy with our new mattress and the service we received. Highly recommend.

After some research, I stopped by WR Mattress Gallery. The service person listened, evaluated and made several recommendations. Jaime arranged delivery for my new WR Comfort mattress and the attending team was beyond impressive. Not only did they set up my new bed, they moved the previous one to a second bedroom and assembled it as well. While I'm still getting used to my new mattress, I already sleep better and wake up with less nagging soreness. I highly recommend WR Mattress Gallery.

I assisted my mother in finding an adjustable bed and mattress at WR Mattress Gallery. We were provided with a great deal of knowledge and expertise by the sales agent. The delivery personnel showed up on time and assembled the new bed for us. They were very professional and provided us with great ongoing support. Recently, I had to call to gain support and once again I was provided with the ultimate customer service. We got immediate assistance which was vital for my mother who has multiple health conditions and requires the use of her adjustable bed to give her the relief needed. I commend all the staff for extending us such exceptional service in so many different ways.

We received great service from WR Mattress, Jaime was sn exdellent salesperson and gave us very good advice on available options for our cabinet bed. We agreed to a mid March delivery as the cabinet bed was going into our spare room for future visitors. When we received news that we would have a guest at the end of February, I called Jaime to see if it would be possible to get yhe bed two weeks earluer than planned. I don't know what strings she pulled but we received the bed the nihht before our guest arrived. They delivered the bed aftrr jours on a Saturday evening. Imagine getting that kind of service from your average store.. We were so pleased with the service and the quality of the product.

I purchased an Ironman mattress a few years ago from WR Mattress Gallery and was so happy with the mattress and their friendly, knowledgeable service that I went back there to look for an adjustable frame. Once again the staff was amazing, going above and beyond to help me pick out exactly what I wanted at a very competitive price. When I thought there was a problem with some damage on delivery Mark called me immediately wanting to make things right! I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. Thank you so much to Jamie and Mark and Ruman (from the first purchase), you guys are amazing and I will keep coming back.

We are two individuals who are downsizing and moving to a new location. I have spent countless hours attempting to locate twin box and mattress covers. I was onto another company who advertise extensively on the Internet but after waiting on line for two separate times they failed to pickup the telephone line. Finally I called WR Mattress Gallery and Jamie said wait a minute and went away then came back on the line and said she had our required number, four. I asked how much and she said FREE, wow. I immediately went down as they were open till 6PM. I can't tell you how this service is appreciated to these two individuals. Jamie, was very professional in dealing with us. By the way that is our granddaughters name too. In the near future we will dealing with WR Mattress Gallery for any purchases.

Due to the limited access to our basement suite, a standard Queen sized mattress frame was found to be nearly impossible to bring down the stairs and navigate into our home. After explaining the situation to an associate at WR Mattress Gallery, we were provided with a solution that was doable, functional, and one that met all of our needs. They provided us with a Queen sized bed frame that could be folded up along its centerline. The fold-up frame was originally designed to work as a hydraulically operated bed, but with the hydraulics and associated mechanisms removed, it then became a simple bed frame which was what we were looking for. Thanks to the ingenuity of the personnel at WR Mattress Gallery, they found us the perfect bed frame, and they, in turn, got koodoos for their recommendation and a sale in the process.

My wife and I are delighted with our new bed. My son had suggested WR Mattress Gallery as an excellent source for beds as he had purchased a couple of years ago. We were greeted by a knowledgeable salesman who took his time with us, giving us an array of choices and at no time did we feel rushed or pressured. On making our decision we were given an accurate timeframe regarding the delivery and as expected that was met. The delivery team was respectful on entering our home and careful when handling the mattress. The follow-up by WR Mattress Gallery is remarkable, they certainly care and appreciate our business but more importantly show a sincere dedication for great customer service. We had been looking to replace a worn out mattress for some time. Coming into WR Mattress was a positive experience. Dave was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us narrow down our search. Having been undecided between a couple of choices, one of which was not in the showroom, arrangements were made for us to visit the local production facility which was very helpful for us. Our delivery experience was very good - the two fellows were very polite, removed their shoes and were careful moving the new mattress in and the old one out. The team at WR Mattress seem to understand how important customers and genuine customer service is for a retail business. We are happy in making our decision to purchase from WR Mattress and are enjoying a good nights sleep once again! We would definitely recommend WR Mattress Gallery when shopping for a new mattress.

Thank you to WR Mattress for a ‘shopping with ease' customer service experience. After 3 in-store consultations with your knowledgeable staff we chose a beautiful Q size, Grace, locally constructed and finished, all wood cabinet base with space saving drawers, headboard and baseboard for our bedroom. A Q size mattress, Hudson, that fit our requirements was decided upon and altogether these items made for a quality and locally built bed. During a consultation we bought 2 pillows of different loft and they have proven to make a good different in our neck position during the night which has eliminated sore necks. The delivery and set up men, Karan and Sahil, were efficient, careful and went about their job in good time. We appreciated their pre delivery phone call to give us an ETA. Overall we would recommend WR Mattress to anyone requiring beds, mattresses, pillows and bedding. A-One.

I have to say that if you are ever looking for a new bed or an adjustable bed that WR Mattress is the place to go. The customer service is top notch and they diffently know how to give their customers great service. I had a problem with my adjustable bed trying to unsync it from my sisters. I had not bought my bed from them but called them and asked if they could help me. I spoke to Jaime who advised me to try something and if it didn't work to call her back. It didn't work so I called her back and she said she would have Dave call me as he new a lot about remotes. I spoke to Dave and he kindly came to our house and unsynced our remotes. Great customer service and a big shout out to Jaime and Dave who went above and beyond for someone who hadn't even purchased from. You can't beat customer service like that! I will definitely deal in the future with W R Mattress as they are the best.

We went to the store on the recommendation of a friend who is also a physiotherapist. The service was excellent no pressure just helpful in matching a mattress type to our defined sleeping preferences. Jaime guided us through the various mattress types and how the different mattress constructions would adapt to our sleeping posture. All along we were encouraged to just lay in a normal sleeping position and relax and feel how the mattress supported our body. Once we had made a decision on the mattress we felt best with Jaime went through very clearly payment, the guaranteed exchange option, delivery date and delivery details. The mattress arrived exactly as promised within 10 days and the delivery was completed very efficiently by the WR Mattress crew. We are really enjoying sleeping on our new mattress it is meeting all our promised expectations. We would recommend WR Mattress to anyone needing to replace their mattress.

After coming in several times and spending a total of many hours in there! and just not being able to decide, they made it really easy by giving us all the information we needed and were never pushy. They sure are a wealth of information and really know about the products that they sell. We came in so many times that we started to feel like family! They are super friendly and the service is exceptional! This kind of service is really hard to find these days when some places are just interested in selling you something without the service. Shopping for a new Mattress at White Rock Mattress is always a Very Pleasant Experience! I've shopped at White Rock Mattress in the past, and each time am warmed and heartened by both the people, the Company, and respectively, their attitude and service! Not to be overlooked, are very reasonable and yet competitive prices! Recently, after considering a new, twin/single mattress at three other outlets, I, once again, kept returning to W.R.Mattress! Their inventory is varied, the delightful Salesperson - Jaimie - both knowledgeable and accommodating, with W.R. Mattress conditions flexible - to please and satisfy! After a number of visits to solidify my choice and decision, I bought a Single - high-quality mattress and box-spring and eagerly awaited delivery as stated - 'Within Five to Ten Days' and promptly the telephone rang with Follow-Up and subsequent Delivery, by two very pleasant, professional and courteous gentlemen, at a time convenient to me and within 7 days my new purchase was delivered, assembled and my old mattress and box-spring removed! This summer, after trying out the adjustable bed with a latex foam mattress that a friend bought at WR Mattress Gallery, it left quite an impression on me. Although I loved my old bed, I did wake with hip and back pains. It was time for a new bed. When Black Friday arrived, I checked out all the sales on-line and was ready to press pay on my order. I thought that I should give WR Mattress Gallery a call to see what all my options were. Dave and Jaime were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. One of the key issues I worried about was the possible heat of sleeping on foam mattresses. Dave informed me that the mattress I liked was unlike memory foam and was made of rubber latex foam which was made to be inert and therefore had no off-gassing, breathable and very comfortable. The mattresses are also made locally with an incredible warranty on both the adjustable mechanism and mattress. Both my husband and I (my husband and I) figured why wait till we were elderly and in need of a bed like this when we could benefit from it now and for the next 20 years. The delivery guys were courteous and efficient. Of course they both had beds from WR Mattress Gallery and loved them when I asked. After the first night sleep, I woke up with no hip pain, my back felt much better and the bed is so comfortable. I recommend WR Mattress Gallery hands down.
