Wow issued a bill on December 21st. I received it on December 30th. Paid on January 3rd. On January 4th my account was suspended. WOW demended $22 to reconnect. Customer service guy was just a jerk talking, enjoying himself and not trying to understand. I contacted wow and paid again Jan 4th about 10 am. At that time it was a lady and she was really professional. She promissed that account will be reconnected in 5 minutes. At 2 pm our internet was not still not working. Contacted wow again. Was told that we had an outage in the area and I will be compensated. As I know we had no outage. Contacted wow again. Even wow informed that waiting time was a few minutes - acctually waiting time was 30-40 minutes each contact. A few times I was just disconnected after long waiting on hold. After a few more attempts to contact wow, finally about 8 pm my internet was connected.
