I bought the whole app for my autistic daughter who loves Peppa Pig. I bought the app on an Android device. They renewed my subscription and automatically withdrew from my account which is fine; but now I have no access to the app. It will only restore purchase on that tablet that we no longer have. Her current tablet is an iPad and I cannot restore it on there. This needs fixed. There needs to be a way to log in and use this. I’m now out that money for no reason.

The app is great with a lot of different things to do BUT it crash’s way to often. It will freeze, crash, or just close out repeatedly in a short amount of time. If the app occasionally had these problems it would be ok but it happens every single time my daughter tries to play it. If the game didn’t have those issues it would be worth the price. As it stands it’s not worth the price much less a yearly subscription. Luckily we have not made it out of the free week.

I just created a seperate iCloud account for my 3 year old daughter, so that she could have use my old iPad to play games and other activities on it, and was extremely disappointed to discover that World of Peppa Pig will not allow you to share my original in-app subscription purchase to her account via Family Sharing.

I really hope they fix this soon. Subscription sharing via Family Sharing was one of the big announced features of iOS 14, but this game does not support it.

I accepted the FREE 7 Day Trial & my 4 Yr Old Autistic daughter did like it, so I thought I may keep it, well on the 7th day they charged me the $27.99 ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION but the App does NOT work AT-ALL anymore... It just says (LOADING) but does not open? I tried several fixes, Removing & Re-loading & Nothing.. No phone # to call for help. My poor daughter is struggling to open Peppa Pig & (LOADING) is all we see. Effective the day they billed Annual subscription.. Very disappointed.

I am actually surprised how much my son uses this app, after the free trial my son was going mad because he couldn’t play anymore. Decided to go with the year subscription and he’s loving every minute of it. Sometimes there’s an issue with it loading but just shutting it off and turning back on it was fine.

There’s a cute feature where they make pictures with the peppa stickers and stuff, My phone syncs with the iPad and now I have about a million pictures that my son made. Pretty cute

Do not download, this game is not free, pretty much the whole game is locked Ik the company needs money, but at least make more stuff free instead of practically everything being nonexistent to people who don’t want to waste their money Would rate 0 stars if I could And I have also seen reviews about this app being offensive(probably a glitch but still w h y)

Of yea also that one episode that made a younger person in my family want to throw the keys in the drain near our house…(he didn’t succeed but still unhelpful…)

I subscribed to the 1-year plan only to find that the subscription is tied to a single device. Unlike other similar apps, world of Peppa pig does not allow your children to play on multiple devices, even if they're all under the same family sharing account. It has the family sharing icon on the app store page too which is COMPLETELY MISLESDING. I will be canceling my child's subscription and shifting their attention and passions to alternative shows which are more family friendly and represent themselves more honestly.

Hi I am a mom from a 6 year old girl, and she’s very bored when shes home so I went through my phone and downloaded some games which mostly all of them where boring. But then I picked this game, and decided to see if it was boring but then I got an ad and the ad has a lot of moaning, loud moaning of a boy and a girl, and I saw some girls in bikinis and boys wearing shorts, with really loud moaning and gets louder, this game is definitely fun and I definitely recommend it, but has to much inappropriate ads for a innocent little angel

Hello creator of the game. I’m Amy and 13 years old. So my little sister saw this game when she was looking on the app store she saw this and asked my mom “Mommy can I have this” Of course my mom said yes thinking it was gonna be a innocent game. And I saw this and was thinking i’m sure she will love it! But I was wrong…A few days later after she downloaded it she was playing it. But a few minutes later I heard her crying in the living room I ran over because my mom was cooking food and couldn’t hear her crying. I came over to see what happened and turns out peppa in the game was saying “Yuck Ew ew Ugly!” My sister is three and knows those are mean words I was shocked and Comfort her I went over to my mom and told her everything I deleted this app off her ipad and she has forgot about this time gladly she can be very forgetful sometimes so I really think you should fix this though!

The app itself is great but doesn’t give parents much control over usage. Most kid’s apps come with parental controls such as limiting the amount of time a child can use the app. I’d like to set usage to 15 minuets at a time and have the app lock after the time is up. A message could appear telling the child the time is up and a parent would have to enter a code to unlock another timed session, similar to how parents have to enter their birth year to access the app’s settings page. It would also be nice to limit the content that is accessible to the kids. For example, my child is allowed to use the “play and learn” and “create” sections of the app freely but I’d rather them not be able to access the shows and spend all their time watching tv. They get separate tv and iPad time, but this just allows them to use iPad time as more tv time. I wish that there was a setting that would restrict the sections of the app that the child can access.
I’m currently using the free trial but if such controls ever become available I’d have no issues with purchasing a subscription! The content offered is extensive and very child friendly in terms of use and the games are fun and educational. Overall the app is great, it just needs better controls for parents!

My daughter loves this app but almost all of the new content is not working. They get stuck while loading assets. I let is download for a day still I could not download it.

I would consider changing the rating to 5 stars if this issue is resolved.

We downloaded this for our son. All it did was crash. He never got to do anything. It’s to bad because he was so excited. We had subscribed for the year but cancelled that on day 1 of the 7 day free trial. Hope everyone else has better luck with the app.

For what this is the price alignment is completely wrong. This is a basic app (average performance, average functionality) and its attempt to get you to purchase a subscription(!?) should not be being presented so persistently to children. For shame! Deleted.

My absolute favorite show is peppa pig and it made me soooooooooooo mad when the app wouldn’t let me into the game! It just loads and loads ALLLLL DAY LONG! I left the app open for 15 minutes! And it didn’t load one bit. Plz fix this. Thx Dr. Emily Pineapple

Our son really likes the games and I paid for a one year subscription. When I want him to use another device, I can’t get the subscription in the new device, even though they share the same AppleID. Now we have more than 6 months to go and we are stuck with the old device.

My daughter loves Peppa, and loves this app. Games and all. BUT I can only get it on one device which becomes an issue because that device is not always available for her and I am unwilling to pay for double subscription fees.
That is honestly my only complaint but it’s a big one.

The app was fun and educational for my 3 year old daughter, until it stopped working on her iPad. The app would try and load upon opening but never showed any progress. Good thing the subscription didn't automatically renew for the year, I guess. Cancelled until fixed. Version 5.9.0.

Bought this app to entertain the kid while on a transatlantic flight.. only to find out that it alway requires wifi to load (endless update installs which do not allow the app to load) and cached video content never stays cached (unavailave 2 hours after I downloaded it). Such a rip off!

This app was supposed to be fun! It turned out to be the worst working app ever! It wouldn’t load the drawing and games! I swear this game doesn’t work. I’m very disappointed in the pig family and their tech skills. They need a better computer than they have in the show. Or Peppa needs some editing skills...

I’m a subscriber for the year and when my daughter clicks on a game it kicks her out the app and doesn’t seem to load nor let her play the games because of how the app just goes back to my daughters home screen and she constantly has to go back to the app without being able to play hardly anything... please help me resolve this problem..

I downloaded the app because my daughter really loves peppa. The free version wasn’t enough for her so I subscribed to the monthly payments and every time she tries to play it it always has the lock on the little games which is super annoying because I’m paying for this app and I always have to try and figure out how to take the lock off so she can continue playing

Downloaded the game. My girls love it. So I got a years subscription. After the first upgrade, one month in, the game quit loading. I contacted service and after 3 communication attempts I still have not received even the courtesy of an automated reply saying issue received and in review. You are rude and irresponsible. You don’t deserve a whole star.

My daughter likes to play this. It was always slow to load. But now on both iOS and Android the splash screen opens and a progress bar starts. But this screen stays with no change for more than 5 minutes. Would contact help but their page wouldn’t load at first. Then all that loaded was an FAQ with nothing about this issue. Not interested in paying for an app that does not function properly.

My daughter has been playing this app now since she was 3 and loves it. She now has an iPad and wants to play, but I only have the paid subscription on my iPhone. So now in order for her to play, she needs my phone since it’s not transferable. You should really consider a user name and password so kids can play on different devices. This may be her last year using as it’s also too expensive.

I’ve had such a bad experience with this app. It worked the first time I opened it, but after my daughter tried to open it again, it wouldn’t load and would crash before it would finish loading. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it, but still just crashes. I already bought a subscription from the first time this app worked, but now my daughter won’t be able to use it, sadly. Such a shame, bc my daughter really loves Peppa.
