Today, Tuesday the 14th of July, was shopping in Narangba Woolworths as a usually do roughly around 5:30 and I was in the produce section of their store when my attention was brought to the Deli department by the most disgustingly abusive and belittling manager I have ever seen in my life. She was yelling at a young girl, I think her name was Jess, she had brown hair and was wearing a white shirt, black vest and a hair net, because she used a knife to break down a box. Now i have been a long standing and happy customer of hers since she was hired and she is one of the most careful workers I've met. This horrid woman sent this girl to tears and when she walked away crying did and said nothing at all. THIS WOMAN SHOUTED AT A 17 YEAR OLD FOR USING A KNIFE TO COLLAPS A BOX, IN FRONT OF A STAFF AND CUSTOMERS
I want the manager above the store manager to deal with this disgusting act
Nobody deserves to be bullied and experience the humiliation of being publicly denunced
I want the area manager to ensure that this young girl is apologised to immediately, in person and by written letter, by this dispicable human being they call zoe, I think it is, and not only her to apologise but the store manager Jamie to apologise in the same manner as well for allowing this to happen and not going to make sure the girl was ok
This is a despicable act to the Woolworths name
I'm completely disgusted in the management for this
People just aren't aware of the emotional toll that something like this can take on a young girl, you never know what your words can be capable of.
