I have emailed two times previous
about needing a refund. I ordered 2 Wood Pro Pruning Saws & on delivery I received 2 chains, that didn't look like they were worth $1.00 & no saws. This is Ridiculous, I have notified my credit card company & they told me to give you a week to response, and if I don't get any satisfaction to mail them back & they would take recourse to refund my money. The generic emails I got back did not address the problem or offer any solution! It's unbelievable to me that there
omplaint, please address this issue & rightfully refund my money.
same exact thing above happened to me except I only ordered one chainsaw & recvd same cheap chain, now they won't respond to email for return & they say you cannot return without notifying first... sucks
