Whirlpool review: Washer

Bought a whirlpool washer in December of 2022. From the very beginning it always shook and made noise during the spin cycle. But we were told that's just the way these newer models can be if the clothes aren't just so...

In June of 2023 it shook itself about 4 feet away from it's original position, made a horrible sound, and a suspension rod broke letting the tub fall into the machine! We called to get service and they came and fixed it, sort of...we could no longer wash any towels or blankets. We kept asking for service... the came a few times but kept making up reasons as to why it was like this...mainly our crappy basement floor - which we are unable to redo because we are renters. We did everything they asked within reason...

Then it broke again sometime in October when we tried to wash fleece pj's... and they wouldn't come out to fix it at all...

Finally I had Home Depot intervene and was able to get a different service provider to come and repair it enough to get us through till December when the whirlpool warranty runs out and we can hopefully go to home depot and replace this hunk of junk! Will still be washing towels at friends house till then...

Never buying anything whirlpool again!
