This law firm from day one was willing to work with us financially but fortunately we had the funds to pay everything up front. They didn't forget about us and kept us informed through out the entire ordeal. We are Black Americans and felt that we were treated very fair. And they know the law. These are not dumb attorneys but true law professionals. If I ever have another issue that is legality in nature, I will call on this firm for their professional help. They are A#1 in our book!

Jessica Weston was the paralegal in my case. Everything was explained clearly and any questions I had were returned promptly. I know legal matters can take some time so I was surprised with the quick resolution and very pleased with the settlement amount. I contacted several other lawyers before deciding on this firm. Jessica is a rockstar and I don't know what I would've done without her! She is so thorough, quick and never misses a detail. She helped me with several accounts and I was so lucky to have her. She's friendly, patient and put up with all of my questions. She made a scary and overwhelming process easy to understand. They handled EVERYTHING. I didn't have to talk to any of these companies and the collectors stopped harassing me as well. Reasonably prices, easy payment set up and worth the money. When I got served with court papers I didn't know what to do or call. I did some searching on the internet and found Weston Legal and read the reviews and it sounded like a good place to start. I contacted the law firm and sent over my documents and in no time Casey Smith called me and said he got all my documents. I felt at ease and confident that everything was going to be ok and it was. They mishandled my case. At first I was being kept up to date on my case through email as promised which was also being updated on their portal to which I could login however towards the latter end they failed to update anything through either of these methods. The attorney or paralegal who was supposedly handling my case withheld crucial information from me that a summary judgment had been made against me causing me to think that we were still in negotiations with a bad debt buyer. That caused me to turn down an a payment settlement I would have taken if I had known about the judgment. This judgment happened weeks before we spoke on the phone. She kept imo purposely concealing the judgment. I only found out after they changed my representative and he told me about it and how it was in her notes i was informed of the judgment which was not true at all. I actually had to go online after I was told about this to see the document on the judgment I was supposed to be kept updates about. Suggestion to Weston Legal. Keep clients updated at all times and don't allow your people to hide judgments against your clients. Now I am in a much worse position because of it. It is very bad for your reputation.
