Western Dental Services, 12420 Venice Blvd., LA, CA 90066 review: Retainers

Granddaughter came to Western Dental, had braces, lost her first retainer and went back to be fitted for another one. It took 7mos for a new one, meantime she had to leave CA to go to college. She went to Western Dental four times and they did not have it, had to leave LA to go to college in Sanborn, NY. Took her to a dentist in NY and they said her teeth are moving and would have to start over. Son paid almost 2,000.00 for nothing and now he is out $2,000 he's a dishwasher and does not make that much money and now Western Dental is asking for more money, what is that about, I don't feel he should pay another dime for something that was not completed in a timely manner in the first place, especially when he has to start completely over for the services they did not complete right in the first place. Plus Western Dental is going to ruin his credit, it's not fair
