Within the VRBO website, a booking was made on a property in Mexico. The booking was listed in CDN currency. When the credit card charge was posted, it was in US currency. The amount was greater than acceptable, and the booking was cancelled. The refund was sent along, but incurred several bank charges. The booking was misrepresented, and I have incurred these charges, and I am of the opinion that VRBO should refund me the incurred charges, since the listing was incorrect.
Desired outcome: Investigate why the list g was incorrect. Refund the bank charges.
