VIP Loan Shop review: a loan I never applied for

They called me today, Oct 11, 2019, roughly 10 minutes ago. They said I took a loan out, that I work at some store I do NOT work at, gave me the last four digits of an account number I've never had and have listed at an address I do NOT live at. they said they were suing me for $800 and could face charges up to but not limited to $5000 from court fees, lawyer fees, and more. What do I do?
