Item totally missing from my order and merchant insisting it was sent. The other item was a damaged/used/returned item which the merchant (after I submitted pictures) told me I will be issued a refund for, now will not refund until I return it, but they changed their mind about it long after their initial email after it was too late for me to send the item back. Conflicting responses from the same representative, slow response time and overall bad business practices.

Worst customerservice. They sent me a rancid face product. The contour stick was used and a chunk of the product stuck in the cap. I should of read their reviews regarding customer service I wouldn't of send any money to them.

They sent me two things that were messed up during shipping, one of them being a body oil. The way they packed it was so dumb, so the oil leaked everywhere and ruined the other makeup thing in the box. I emailed them a bunch of times and sent pictures, but Violet Grey only replaced the cheap body oil, not the expensive makeup that got ruined. Their customer service is really bad. Don't buy anything from them, ever!

This customer service is the worst ever! The only way to contact them is through email, but they don't respond! I returned my purchase and it's been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund. They emailed me once saying that the refund was issued back to me, but it never showed up on my bank statement. So I emailed them back asking for some kind of document that I can take to my bank. No response at all! They were quick to take my money, but they won't refund it for my return. Now I don't have any products or my money back!

This here's 'bout Violet Grey's customer service fer online orders. Ain't no phone number er live person t' speak to; they got an email address fer all order inquiries. I got two Violet Grey orders 'at FedEx done told me directly over the phone is now lost (fer over 2 weeks since the shippin' date) 'n' t' contact Violet Grey. Violet Grey customer service via email says they're pendin' from the shipper FedEx. Violet Grey's website says 'at lost shipments'll either be replaced er refunded. So far, they ain't acknowledgin' 'at the packages is lost, though the shippin' company FedEx has. I'm goin' in circles 'n' only gettin' email responses pointin' t' "pendin' shipments." These here's items I done already paid fer. At this point I got no other recourse 'n' no way t' either git my products replaced er refunded 'cept t' email repeatedly. This here's a horrible customer service experience.

I never got my order, and FedEx can't show proof of delivery cuz they didn't get a signature. According to *** Terms of Service, orders over *** need an adult's signature for delivery. If you don't want that, contact us right away at *** FedEx's home delivery policy says you can sign a form to let them leave packages without a signature. I never said I didn't want a signature, and FedEx can't prove delivery cuz the carrier didn't get a signature. If the delivery person can't follow the rules, *** should change their Terms of Service and not require a signature. I'm trying to be understanding, but I need a solution soon. I can't leave my house cuz of COVID-19 and I'm in my 2nd trimester. I bought the skincare tools online cuz I can't go to a salon. I appreciate the store credit, but I don't trust *** delivery anymore. I want a full refund cuz I paid extra for fast delivery. Both *** and their delivery person didn't follow the Terms of Service.
