I was in disbelief. Everyone has a different process and mine has taken quite some time. But at the end of the day, in conclusion, my VA compensation claim has increased. I went from 0 to 40! I truly can't say enough about the team at Veterans for Veterans LLC. My decision from the VA was life changing! They did everything that they say that they were going to do. They were completely honest with me, didn't string me along at all. I was a little hesitant at first, but they do have a complete money back guarantee and they work with you on a payment plan if you need it. It is a lengthy process and and probably more so now because of Covid, but you have to stick with it, be patient and listen and follow all instructions that the team at VFV gives you and it will work out in your favor. They know what they are doing! They went above and beyond what I expected, even when I received a very low initial VA rating they still kept fighting for me. They helped me to assess my entire service and medical history to develop claims for conditions I hadn't previously claimed. Satisfied customer right here! Due to a compressed timeline and unforeseen circumstances, I needed help and guidance fast, prior to my retirement. VETS4VETS LLC took me by the hand and erased any doubts I had about my claim. They essentially take you by the hand and walk you through the entire process. All you really have to do is show up to your appointments, they even submit your claim. If I have any gripes, and Im being nit-picky, I wish the dialogue/correspondence between my case manager and myself was a little more frequent. There were times between the case manager and myself when scheduled phone calls didnt take place on time and questions I had were not answered in time, or at all. Again, it may sound a little hypercritical, because the end result of my claim was thoroughly adequateI was just hoping for a case manager who continually followed up with me. With all that being said, I highly recommend this service! I feel so much more at ease knowing all the issues I suffered during my 24 year career were service connected. Thank you.
