Veteran Care Services really surprised me. At first I thought they were being a little pushy, then I realized that if they weren't tenacious in their efforts none of this would have happened! Through their hard work and constant contact with me, they were able to secure my elderly father's veteran's benefit for $2050 per month! The Veterans Care service provided the assistance needed to complete the application with the required information. As a primary care giver, there isn't much time or energy to maneuver through the process. If it were not for Lilly's exceptional perseverance, I would probably be struggling to get it done. She was not only professional but also knowledgeable and very caring of your emotional feelings. I highly appreciate her dedication and support throughout the entire process.

My dad is a WWII Navy Vet. I had tried to work with the VA myself but just kept hitting red tape and brick walls. I am very pleased with the services from VCN. I was referred by several nursing homes but did not think it would really pan out. I called and their representative got the ball rolling very quickly. I fed her all the information requested and she was off to the next step. She stated it would take about 3 to 4 months and they completed everything in 2 months. My mother is feeling so good about all this and she can go to a facility to live that is suitable. She is 92 years old and deserves to be happy for her years to come. After several unsuccessful & frustrating attempts to secure an elderly pension for my 95 year old mom, I engaged Veteran Care Services. The rest was easy! As if I'd set the cruise control, their team guided me thru what otherwise would've been a daunting labyrinth of rules, regulations, and paperwork. Veteran Care Services has been extremely helpful in getting my Dad the pension benefits he was entitled to but did not know, After contacting Veterans Care Services they took over and sent in all the proper paperwork to all the proper people for this to happen as quick as it did thank you Veteran Care Services.
