Mrs Van Rensburg + Send the iron back to Game -Parow - purchased 26/09/2013.Returned it 21/03/2014 for repairs they said .Was ph on [protected] to collect it.nothing was said by the unfriendly saleslady, just a message at the back -- No spares +Mr Deon van der Mescht of Verimark to decide if iron must be exchanged or forwarded to Verimark JHB for repairs.Zip.The iron now does not even work anymore, I don't know what they did.I want my money back .Clearly they are selling inferior products, not tomention the Service that they provide.I pd R599.00 for something I thought was going to last, my cheap iron. I have.a Pineware I now have 3yrs in working condition.-I am going to the Newspapers with Verimark I want the public to know who they are dealing with.I work for Woolworths and are our Refund policy is one of the best. If you treat one cust bad they will tell 10 others about your services and product and so word will spread. I'm very disappointed in Verimark I thought they were a company with integrity .
