I was using Century Link to acquire internet services while I never had a home phone and only used a -as-you-go cell phone. On three separate billing cycles I was charged for Home Long Distance charges at between $4.99 and $9.99 each bill. When I called Century Link they directed me to USBI and then USBI gave me another 1-800 number to call to get the charges reversed. Twice Tele Circuit (who charged thecalls) told me they did not have my phone number in their listing even though I had the bill showing the charge. The final straw was receiving a bill from Tele Circuit for $4.99 on June 5th. The problem with that bill, besides the fact I never used a home land line, was, the fact I moved on May 26th and shut off Century Link completely. When I got a hold of Tele Circuit the man who answered could not speak English and made me wait two minutes for someone who spoke English. While the woman (Sharon) I spoke to at [protected], gave me a confirmation number that the charge was taken off the bill. We shall see.
