USA Berkey Filters review: Refund not given

I purchased water filter and filters for $590. I tried to cancel order within 7 minutes, not able to contact. I called them first thing in morning, upon their opening and they said it has already shipped and I would have to refuse it. I refused it, I have receipts they received it. I have emailed several times about a refund to no avail. They stopped even replying to my emails.
