Harbor Freight Tools

I shop at harbor freights quite often and have never been treated so bad. Sam waits on me a lot and she is very rude, she argues with you over a coupon, she can't answer any questioned, she talks to other customers, she is waiting on, about their kids and the weather holding up the line, I had to take my receipt back in because she charged me twice OT added a warranty I never asked for. She is totally useless and I will avoid her whenever possible she gives retail a bad name.
