Hello
I purchased this candle on 5/13 from my local Lynchburg VA store
I lit it yesterday
And it literally fell apart
The glass broke and it melted into itself
I'm so glad I heard it crack as it could have caused a lot of damage to my home
The glass literally broke off and fell into the candle and the candle wrap was on fire
Very dangerous
I called your customer hotline yesterday to report it but the rep was not very helpful and only asked if I used rewards to purchase said candle which has about nothing to do with my product complaint
I am a loyal customer and nothing like this has ever happened before
I'm concerned as it could be a very dangerous product
No real resolution was given except for me to return back to store
That is not very good customer service in my opinion as I bought a faulty product and should be compensated without me having to return to store and make up for the situation
