Hello I have been a customer at the 829 Warrenton Rd Fredericksburg VA 22406 location since 2021 I have had all oil changes on 2 vehicles done here also state inspections and purchase of tires. I stopped by today 8/31/23 for an oil change on my 2019 Ford Ranger the price used to be 96.95 total it has gone up to about 109.25 but today I was quoted 148.00 for a simple oil change that I can most certainly perform at home I simply pay for convenience I was also going to spend 1000 dollars on new tires but I left and will not return there are at least 5 other shops within walking distance so I went to ntb and was quoted 85.00 for an oil change I also will have my tires done here, I understand some things have gone up but I felt no value lost when I went to leave he simply said do you still want a tire quote? I said your prices are way too high. 150.00 for an oil change is rape, this stuff has got to stop. I would suggest talking to this store about this.
Desired outcome: prices to drop or a tire gift card also the employees counseled on customer service I have sent several customers to this store but will not any longer.
