I ordered the 7 day trial and checked carefully that they were not signing me up for a subscription. There was nothing that said they would take 74.98 out of my account three weeks later. They did that. I called customer service who cheerfully told me I wouldn’t have any more delivered and that she would pass me
On to the billing department. I sat on hold for four hours until the line disconnected. I did file a bbb complaint as well as US Gov Fraud complaint. I urge others who are in the same situation to do the same. Perhaps if enough of us do that we will get some recourse. I am elderly and am on a strict budget and cannot afford this. I feel scammed and upset over this horrible greedy company’s dishonest business practice.
