Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC] - Oil change disaster

July 29, 2022 I took my 2012 Mazda 6 to the Valvoline store on rt. 544 in Wylie, TX. 759098. The car takes full synthetic. When I pulled out I found out that they put the wrong oil filter on the engine, all the oil blew out of they engine which I was unaware of, the car stopped in the middle of the highway where I almost got killed as the engine froze up due to 0% oil in the engine. Valvoline wants to put a used engine in my car and will not pay for a rental car unless I pay fist and get reimbursed. The repair should take about 3 weeks that my wife will not have a car.

Desired outcome: Free rental car and a new engine in out Mazda 6 which was in perfect running condition.
